It has all the essential features we need: to analyze influencer account, keep all influencers in 1 place and track the results of the campaigns (Impressions, reach, content units...). - Discovery tool: filters to identify influencers that best fit each company's strategy. And it is possible to check details about profile engagement, the most relevant followers and posts with the highest engagement.
- Campaign Monitoring: very useful for automatically finding content from influencers who mentioned the brand, eliminating the need to search one by one. It is also possible to download content, including Instagram stories, which other platforms do not offer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Design: It could have a more updated and aesthetically pleasing look.
Estimated reach (Campaign Monitoring tool): this feature for Instagram stories presents numbers that are far from reality. I understand that it is still a beta version, but I see this as a possibility for improvement. I discovered this when I asked one of my influencers to send a screenshot of the analytics from IG.
