What do you like best about Mobivity?

Account service. In the 5 years we have been working together, everyone at Mobivity has been on top of it when it comes to support. Mobivity has great account service. What do you like best about Mobivity?

The new user interface is clean and easy to navigate. The scheduling of a text process is thorough and simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mobivity?

When I send myself a test text message, I don't get the text blast so I've thought the blast didn't go out in the past. A test text should be considered something different. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mobivity solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use it for sending coupons to a restaurant's customers. The redemption rates on the coupons are significant revenue drivers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mobivity?

Great customer service, and representatives know what they are talking about. No middle-men or third parties necessary so when there is an issue (not frequent), they get to the bottom of it quickly.
