Ease of use—not complicated at all to setup everything because of its infrastructure diagram feature that shows you every step needed to be done in order to enroll and setup devices.
Also, the map feature offers an intuitive view to see all MDM-enrolled devices and their location from one area.

The price per device is a bit high, although a 20% discount can be obtained if your organization is non-profit. Also, having to create separate profiles for some restrictions, such as a profile for the network settings and another for the wallpaper, can be a little bit frustrating, as you must at the end install all of them and do not forget. One of the best things about Miradore is the easy adoption process, once the system is setup, adopting new devices is a breeze. The interface is logical and straight forward and offers the extensively granular customizations expected from a modern MDM.
The product also has a free version (up to 50 devices) which can prove very usefull to use for device assignment and tracking for SME or SMA's and securing devices with the option to remote wipe a device include for free.
Support were very helpful in answering queries even on the free version. Integrating new devices was easy from the start with a simple 2 step process and the posibility for users to self-register existing devices on the web portal where needed.
We use Miradore for everyday business when purchasing new device, assigning devices, moving them around from office to office or retiring them.

What I like most about Miradore is that I have total control over all my companies mobile devices. I know where they are located, when they were last in communication with the Miradore cleint, if they are in complaince with the business policies of NAEVA Geophysics, if the operating system is up to date. Literally anything I want to do to the devices is within my reach from here, at my desktop at the office, no matter where the devices are. I never have to see or touch the actual devices to have complete and utter control of the devices. Miradore is so easy to use, so user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have looked at a number of different MDM solutions, and for our typical clients Miradore seemed the best solution. It provided an easy way to install applications onto iPads remotely, reset and restart them, and nearly all the features we could ask for. It was very easy to implement and enroll devices, and quite affordable. Customer support was quick and helpful, assisting me to navigate some of the configuration settings. With their excellent iOS support, I will be strongly recommending Miradore to our clients in the future, to save them and possibly myself a lot of headaches. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My only real complaint about Miradore was that for our typical use case, we would love to be able to schedule a shutdown command at a specific time. This is not a game breaker, as the interface does allow us to manually turn off an iPad remotely, so I imagine a scheduled shutdown should be possible. The documentation provided by Miradore is quite good but it does not have the same 3rd party support that JAMF has. I've found that most documentation for specific programs or applications revolves around deploying with JAMF. For the most part this still applies to deploying or managing with Miradore but its going to take a little more work form the admin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
