The best part of the Mine system is its team members. They are always willing to help make sure that you are getting the most of their tool. The tool itself is easy to use and pretty self-explanatory. The fact that they team up with Usercentrics for cookie consent is also great. If you are looking for a DSAR/data inventory tool, definitely take a solid look at Mine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are a couple of items I would like more from the tool, but the team is willing to work on them. But at the outset a privacy news feature wasn't available. I believe that tool is in the works now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The real-estate industry is full of reclaim requests all the time (each prospect and past client that cleans their data asks for deletion). As we process thousands of contacts per year, having the Sendgrid integration as well as the Facebook Ads / Instagram Ads integration to delete data is good.
The system works well for us, the implementation went fast, the interface is great and we also gave a try to their data mapping (but to be honest they gave us this 1st scan for free). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We used Mine just because we got all of our requests through their users, to begin with. After a short call with Stas from Mine's team, I onboarded to see the requests and fulfill them.
At first, I had negative sentiment toward Mine (since we didn't want these requests anyway), but after trying out their PrivacyOps portal I think they're making excellent software for both sides of the equation. These reclaim requests are probably inevitable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's really easy to use. That's not trivial to privacy platforms. As a marketer, I don't really care for the "under the hood" capabilities, I just want it to work - and Mine PrivacyOps works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While I know Mine's team is building a lot of new features (such as deep insights per each data source and I think also AI analytics), this system is really simple in terms of the value we get from it. It didn't revolutionize our entire privacy operations, it simply really helps us with handling privacy requests and seeing our company's data sources map. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Great team, tackling an important challenge in privacy, and taking a data-driven approach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Quick development pace cuts both ways...sometimes a feature you just learned gets changed you have to learn it again Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The out of the box email scanning approach combined with a data inventory and filter approach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing I dislike so far. I have been extremely happy with their product development momentum. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Having used MineOps for several months now, I can confidently say that it is the best privacy automation solution on the market. Not only does it help us to stay compliant with ever-changing privacy regulations (through their "DPO Advisor" feature), but it also allows us to leverage privacy for marketing purposes. The ability to detect data sources through employees' emails has been particularly useful for us, as it has allowed us to mitigate privacy risks before they become a problem. Overall, I would highly recommend Mine PrivacyOps. All of us in the company use it (including Product, R&D, Marketing, Legal, etc) to manage our users' privacy. While the data points exist, we can't yet see them all as Mine still works on developing the proper interfaces (for example Data Classification will only be released in a few weeks). Recently we got an "employee view" to be able to filter out SaaS and see which employees use each, and it's fantastic. I wish Mine could continue pushing all those interfaces asap, as they're truly helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I’m really impressed with Mine. The UI is top-notch (finally we understand how privacy works here for us and for our customers & leads) and it was easy to get started using the tool. Me and my team didn’t need any guidance or tutorials. It’s powerful and has a lot of great automation features like “autopilot” for whenever a lead requests their data to be deleted - all that make fulfilling these requests a breeze. Plus, the support team was super helpful when I needed it. Overall, I recommend Mine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It’s not yet possible to see the deep insights for each external data source, so we in Sales cannot asses the privacy impact of our sub-processors and SAAS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Everything is just brilliant here. I especially like that the most important details are always visible, the process works without problems and the success is nicely summarized on the report page. All data sources are available with insights through the data mapping. We discover sensitive data very fast compared to before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform is still in its early years compared to similar providers, so there are still changes that can sometimes be confusing. However, the changes are always for the good and it gives me the feeling at the end of the day that they are always working to make my life even easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Mine's great, we've been using it for a couple of months now and I couldn't recommend it more. The team is privacy obsessed and really treats you as a partner rather than a customer. They're product is super easy to integrate and is customizable to your systems.. the team is super responsive and periodically checks in to make sure everything's going well.. couldn't recommend them more Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not much to be honest. They didn't have all the integrations at first but it took them maybe 10 days to add it... so that's more of a testament to how responsive they are if anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Mine's biggest strength is how it turns a complex and disjoint process of mapping data and processing privacy requests into a workflow that can be almost entirely automated. It provides the tools for smaller orgs to build a compliance program that would otherwise be out of their reach and it enables larger orgs to deal with any quantity of requests in a streamlined way.
It has significantly simplified and sped up our workflows for dealing with and responding to these requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It currently lacks some integrated features for narrowing down the results of your overall data mapping process into an exact list of the services you'd like to cover but I believe this is coming soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
