What do you like best about MineOS?

The best part of the Mine system is its team members. They are always willing to help make sure that you are getting the most of their tool. The tool itself is easy to use and pretty self-explanatory. The fact that they team up with Usercentrics for cookie consent is also great. If you are looking for a DSAR/data inventory tool, definitely take a solid look at Mine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MineOS?

There are a couple of items I would like more from the tool, but the team is willing to work on them. But at the outset a privacy news feature wasn't available. I believe that tool is in the works now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering MineOS:

Just give them a solid chance. They will sell you on the Mine tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?

The Mine tool is helping us solve DSAR requests, data inventory, and due to their partnership with Usercentrics, cookie compliance as well. The benefits for us have been seeing the interactions with cookies and fulfilling our customers' deletion/access requests in a faster and easier manner. This has helped reduce the bandwidth required for DSAR requests more than anything else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tom Orbach of MineOS

Thank you for choosing Mine as your go-to tool for data privacy, Jackson. I'm glad to hear our team provides excellent support and that you find the tool easy to use. We're constantly working to improve Mine and the functionality it offers, so I'll be sure to pass on your feedback regarding the news feature (it's indeed in the works). Thank you again for choosing Mine and for your kind words — your review helps us keep Mine PrivacyOps as the #1 ranked privacy software on G2.

We look forward to continuing to serve you well.

What do you like best about MineOS?

The real-estate industry is full of reclaim requests all the time (each prospect and past client that cleans their data asks for deletion). As we process thousands of contacts per year, having the Sendgrid integration as well as the Facebook Ads / Instagram Ads integration to delete data is good.

The system works well for us, the implementation went fast, the interface is great and we also gave a try to their data mapping (but to be honest they gave us this 1st scan for free). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MineOS?

We used Mine just because we got all of our requests through their users, to begin with. After a short call with Stas from Mine's team, I onboarded to see the requests and fulfill them.

At first, I had negative sentiment toward Mine (since we didn't want these requests anyway), but after trying out their PrivacyOps portal I think they're making excellent software for both sides of the equation. These reclaim requests are probably inevitable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mainly we solve the problem of deleting data manually. It's all automated now. As I said, we deal with 10,000+ PIIs and records per year and we couldn't handle it all without these integrations and automation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tom Orbach of MineOS

Thank you for choosing to use Mine, Nofar. We're glad our integrations are working well for you and that you found our data mapping tool helpful. We're thrilled to hear that you delete users' data automatically using Mine PrivacyOps. If there is anything else we can do to make your experience using Mine better, please don't hesitate to let us know.

What do you like best about MineOS?

It's really easy to use. That's not trivial to privacy platforms. As a marketer, I don't really care for the "under the hood" capabilities, I just want it to work - and Mine PrivacyOps works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MineOS?

While I know Mine's team is building a lot of new features (such as deep insights per each data source and I think also AI analytics), this system is really simple in terms of the value we get from it. It didn't revolutionize our entire privacy operations, it simply really helps us with handling privacy requests and seeing our company's data sources map. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Easy & automatic DSR facilitation saves our teams a lot of time, especially because each department connected its own data sources... For example at Marketing we just gave access to Mailchimp and Facebook Ads, and the legal team are able to delete data upon request themselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tom Orbach of MineOS

Thank you for choosing Mine as your data inventory and data privacy solution, Adi. I'm thrilled to hear that our team has been able to provide value and assistance in making the most of our tool. We aim to make Mine simple and easy-to-use while providing the most comprehensive data inventory available.

We're constantly working on new features, such as deep insights per each data source and AI analytics, so that we can deliver even more value to our customers. I'm glad you find Mine's simplicity valuable and hope you'll continue to find it a helpful part of your GDPR compliance journey. Thank you for your feedback and support! Your feedback helps us keep Mine PrivacyOps as the #1 ranked privacy software on G2.

What do you dislike about MineOS?

Quick development pace cuts both ways...sometimes a feature you just learned gets changed you have to learn it again Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Time to maintain a solid privacy program Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Or Baram of MineOS

We are all super happy to read your review, Nick! What do you like best about MineOS?

Having used MineOps for several months now, I can confidently say that it is the best privacy automation solution on the market. Not only does it help us to stay compliant with ever-changing privacy regulations (through their "DPO Advisor" feature), but it also allows us to leverage privacy for marketing purposes. The ability to detect data sources through employees' emails has been particularly useful for us, as it has allowed us to mitigate privacy risks before they become a problem. Overall, I would highly recommend Mine PrivacyOps. All of us in the company use it (including Product, R&D, Marketing, Legal, etc) to manage our users' privacy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MineOS?

While the data points exist, we can't yet see them all as Mine still works on developing the proper interfaces (for example Data Classification will only be released in a few weeks). Recently we got an "employee view" to be able to filter out SaaS and see which employees use each, and it's fantastic. I wish Mine could continue pushing all those interfaces asap, as they're truly helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Not only compliance, but also reducing redundant data sources (for example we found out we had user data stored in 2 marketing tools that we were no longer using). In addition, when potential clients speak with us and we tell them how we automate our privacy management, it really boosts our brand! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Or Baram of MineOS

We're so excited to read your review and continue proving that you made the right choice to take Mine as your Data Privacy Management partner. We make sure to push out new features and updates to the platform as soon as possible in order to provide the best value to our clients. Data Classification is a great example of the ongoing growth of our product which you are getting to see from its earliest stages, and by now already coming to fulfillment in that specific case:) Thank you.

What do you like best about MineOS?

I’m really impressed with Mine. The UI is top-notch (finally we understand how privacy works here for us and for our customers & leads) and it was easy to get started using the tool. Me and my team didn’t need any guidance or tutorials. It’s powerful and has a lot of great automation features like “autopilot” for whenever a lead requests their data to be deleted - all that make fulfilling these requests a breeze. Plus, the support team was super helpful when I needed it. Overall, I recommend Mine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MineOS?

It’s not yet possible to see the deep insights for each external data source, so we in Sales cannot asses the privacy impact of our sub-processors and SAAS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lots but most importantly, Mine allows us to peacefully take care of our privacy operations without worrying about them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tom Orbach of MineOS

Thank you for choosing to use Mine, Ben. I'm glad to hear you're happy with the product and our team was able to help when you needed it.

We agree that the user interface is top-notch and we're constantly working on adding new features and automations that make using Mine a breeze. We're also committed to providing great support and are always happy to help when needed.

As far as insights go, we do provide a lot of data visualization options so businesses can see their data in different ways. We're always looking for ways to improve this and would love to get your feedback on what additional insights you would find helpful.

Thanks again for choosing Mine, and for helping us maintain Mine PrivacyOps as the #1 ranked privacy software on G2. Feel free to reach out if you have any further suggestions or feedback.

What do you like best about MineOS?

Everything is just brilliant here. I especially like that the most important details are always visible, the process works without problems and the success is nicely summarized on the report page. All data sources are available with insights through the data mapping. We discover sensitive data very fast compared to before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MineOS?

The platform is still in its early years compared to similar providers, so there are still changes that can sometimes be confusing. However, the changes are always for the good and it gives me the feeling at the end of the day that they are always working to make my life even easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?

We discover SAAS that risk our privacy program through their data mapping (manually connected 4 employees by now). Our quality of work has been raised since using Mine PrivacyOps. Many aspects of privacy were unfortunately overlooked in the past, but now we have good awareness. The time required to do the data mapping (which was manual before) has also been minimized so that my team members have time for other tasks, which is great." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tom Orbach of MineOS

Thank you for your kind words about our privacy software, and for rating it 5 stars. We're glad to hear that you find it both intuitive and affordable, and that it has helped you increase compliance and reduce privacy risks.

We appreciate your feedback about the occasional glitches, as well as the fact that the platform is still young compared to other providers. We are constantly working to make our product better, and we hope that you will continue to find it valuable in the future. Thank you again for choosing Mine PrivacyOps and for helping us remain the #1 ranked privacy software on G2!

What do you like best about MineOS?

Mine's great, we've been using it for a couple of months now and I couldn't recommend it more. The team is privacy obsessed and really treats you as a partner rather than a customer. They're product is super easy to integrate and is customizable to your systems.. the team is super responsive and periodically checks in to make sure everything's going well.. couldn't recommend them more Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MineOS?

Not much to be honest. They didn't have all the integrations at first but it took them maybe 10 days to add it... so that's more of a testament to how responsive they are if anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Privacy is a landmine for any privacy-conscious company. By using Mine we are confident that when customers request their data to be delete, we get rid of it across the myriad of platforms that could potentially hold their data. This makes it safer and easier for everyone involved Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tom Orbach of MineOS

Thank you for your kind words and for choosing Mine, Alex!

We're so happy to have you as a customer and hear that you're enjoying our product. Our team is dedicated to providing the best possible privacy management software for our users and we're glad that you feel like we're doing a good job.

If there's anything at all that we can do to make your experience with Mine PrivacyOps better, please don't hesitate to let us know. We want to make sure you're getting the most out of our product and are always looking for ways to improve. What do you like best about MineOS?

Mine's biggest strength is how it turns a complex and disjoint process of mapping data and processing privacy requests into a workflow that can be almost entirely automated. It provides the tools for smaller orgs to build a compliance program that would otherwise be out of their reach and it enables larger orgs to deal with any quantity of requests in a streamlined way.

It has significantly simplified and sped up our workflows for dealing with and responding to these requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MineOS?

It currently lacks some integrated features for narrowing down the results of your overall data mapping process into an exact list of the services you'd like to cover but I believe this is coming soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our main problem was that dealing with privacy requests was difficult - we had no overall map of where our data was and the deletion process was manual, involving people from every team to manage the services they own. With Mine, the entire process can be reduced to a few clicks, saving a huge amount of time and context switching for our staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tom Orbach of MineOS

Thank you for your kind words, Mine has been built with the intention of helping businesses large and small to automate their data mapping and privacy request processes. We're glad to hear that it is living up to this goal and simplifying your DSR/DSAR workflows. You can delete user data automatically using Mine PrivacyOps — and we're thrilled to hear it helps you save time.

As we continue to grow, we are constantly working on new features and integrations that will make the process even easier for our users. If there is anything specific you would like to see in future updates, please do not hesitate to let us know.

Thank you again for your support, it is truly appreciated. Thanks to you (and other reviewers), we keep Mine PrivacyOps the #1 ranked privacy software on G2.
