Their ability to automate your entire program end-to-end. That means:
• Hosting a DSR Page
• Integrating DSR processesfrom popular SaaS providers.
• Handling the DSR process end-to-end.
• Dash of low/no-code.
• Data Discovery.
• Global Data Privacy Regulatory Consultation.
Their value proposition for the time it says you and your teams is unquestionable. It will be a staple part of my Security, Compliance and Privacy Programs for all future jobs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There were a few challenges as an early customer, but their team worked with us, incporporated our feedback as design partners and iterated the paltform until it became something that works for us and other users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
MineOS helps businesses meet their compliance & privacy obligations. Their platform is simple, powerful, and inutitive. Unlike some of their competitors, its clear they care deeply about their customers both big and small. They have deep knowledge of the global compliance space and install that knowledge into their product. Setup is simple and straightforward. MineOS supports many integrations and the list is still growing. During onboarding, we were paired with a knowledgeable member of the MineOS team who outlined and excellent process for us. He is patient, flexible, and adapts to our needs. As we contonue to grow with MineOS, the platform will be used every day as a compliance resource. Finally, I'm excited about the partnerships MineOS has built with vendors like CookieBot and Panorays. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Prior to their price restructuring, I would have suggested more flexible pricing options. However, the new structure meets our needs well and MineOS were very flexible and accomodating during the contracting process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Mine was a point-and-click set up for us for the most part. We we able to integrate with the majority of our tech stack without any coding. The UI in incredibly intuitive and easy to use. This has allowed us to automate our DSR Handling entirely, saving countless hours of time across multiple teams. Their Customer Success team and support teams are fantastic as well. Email alerts for certain things have been down for awhile, but I've been told they are fixing this ASAP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ease of managing/automating the entire consent process. Great dedicated customer support via Slack. Lots of integrations to automate the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There isn't anything that I would say I dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The consultive sales process and the disposition of the onboarding team to help through the whole integration. With help of the Mine team we were able to stablish a road map and start mitigating risk right away. Through the platform we have thoroughly mapped our processing activities and stablished initiatives to enhance our data privacy and security capabilities. MineOS is like a powerhouse to manage all your data privacy risks, including those that are customer-facing. The DSR module really makes a difference and cuts costs associated with designing and implementing a data request process from scratch.
The Mine customer support and teams are always there to help and provide a lot of insights into how best manage our integration. We have succesfully integrated with internal data sources and it has been very easy to use those integrations. We use Mine frequently to address our data privacy needs. Probably not totally on Mine, but the process of data mapping can take a while or seem overhelming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What’s great about Mine is their clever take on things. They have automation that works well. Here are a few examples:
DSAR Automation - A lot of tools have workflow automation but this one automates the process and puts you in a role where you are basically just monitoring.
Data Mapping - Depending on the level of integrations you want, the sky is the limit. They automate a ton of it. They do have ways to complete certain tasks manually if the risk for integrations with your organizations systems seems too high (which it won’t because this organization is solid).
Here are some concerns you may have and how Mine addresses them:
Inability to fulfill contractual obligations - Their tool might seem a little lightweight because they are a start-up, but things rarely go wrong. Even if they do they have fantastic developers who ensure that errors are corrected within a reasonable time frame.
Customer Service - Customer support is great too. We had a larger vendor before, and they fulfill our requests faster and fix the problem.
Lastly, I wanted to say that the people at Mine are some of the best people I have worked with. Every single one of them that I have met has shown integrity, discipline, kindness, perseverance, and maintained a great level of professionalism in the workplace. Working with them has been a pleasure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Depending on your compliance departments knowledge level you be unable to use the tool efficiently. Support will address that concern though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

MineOS takes the guesswork out of complying with global privacy regulations as it relates to our processing of data deletion requests. With users based around the world, we rely on MineOS to keep track of the user data requests that come in, and automate the audit trail and response process within a compliant timeframe. I would like to be able to see which framework applies to the requestor, based on the location they are based out of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Everything about MineOS is simple and easy! From navigating around the platform to integrating it into your business to receiving support from everyone at Mine! In particular the data source discovery and mapping has been a huge bonus for us and very helpful to have such amazing visbility so quickly! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is still room for customisation - there is a lot you can do but I think the team will continue to add customisation features! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The set up is pretty easy and the team is willing to work with you for what you need. MineOS radar function is quite brilliant in its own right. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Originally its a bit hard to understand the difference between DSARs and categorization through sampling. The product is still workign on DSARs for more data sources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Mine is great for data mapping, DPIA, and ROPA generation. Many integrations are available, and their "Radar" feature is excellent for finding shadow IT. Where they fall short is scanning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Lots of bugs and feature flags set. Contacting support is often helpful, though sometimes they can take a bit before responding. There is no way to launch a full scan of your cloud provider within the app, you must contact customer support for them to launch the scan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
