What do you like best about MineOS?

My company used Mine for its entire privacy operations. We mainly use it to handle incoming privacy requests (data deletion, data copy, etc). It's simple and easy to create automations & integrations and the UI is clean. The Dashboard shows open/closed requests so tracking is straightforward. Each closed privacy request also includes details for demonstrating compliance which is a neat bonus feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MineOS?

I can't think of anything specific that I disliked in the ongoing operations. I think they can improve their navigation panel which is something I know they are upgrading continuously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering MineOS:

I recommend experiencing the platform firsthand and using all of the help they offer in terms of booking a demo and getting assistance from expert support - there's a lot of features I didn't know existed at the beginning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?

I used Mine to handle DSR/DSAR requests from end to end, which is something we did completely manually before. With Mine, everything is automatic (thanks to the fast API data integrations) so it's great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tom Orbach of MineOS

Thanks for the review! So great to hear that Mine has helped your team handle DSRs more effectively. Cheers!

What do you like best about MineOS?

I’ve implemented Mine in my organization a few months ago and got a lot of praise for it ever since.

It absolutely revolutionized how we handle our privacy ops, including: Data Subject Requests / Data Subject Access Requests fulfillment; Sensitive Data Discovery; Data Mapping; GDPR Compliance; and that’s just the tip of the iceberg.

The setup was butter smooth. The platform allows you to onboard with no–touch, which means I did it all myself without having to speak with anyone. 10/10 in terms of ease of setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MineOS?

When I implemented Mine, it lacked two key integrations for my organization (Salesforce and Hubspot), but my teammates tell me that these APIs are available now. So it’s all fixed! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?

1. Centralizing our entire privacy ops, instead of having a real mess.

2. Fulfilling DSRs and DSARs automatically.

3. Not having to talk with R&D to implement it all

4. Gaining control over the data sources and privacy ops of our organization Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tom Orbach of MineOS

Thanks for leaving a review! We love hearing that Mine revolutionized your privacy operations. That's the goal! I've also passed along your comments regarding API integrations to the product team to consider for future reference, but we're thrilled to know it was already resolved.

What do you like best about MineOS?

If there’s one thing we’ve learned about legal requirements around managing our customer databases (“data sources”), is that compliance alone isn’t sufficient.

We need a way of giving our customers a sense of privacy protection and care. With Mine, we can accomplish this. We handle privacy requests blazing fast, and everything is structured and easy to use for our users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MineOS?

Unfortunately, it took me a while to understand the real value that Mine offers. Their website lacks in explaining how everything is connected between their business product and consumer product (digital footprint discovery for internet users), how you get extra context per each request, and how the integrations can really help you automate your privacy operations. After taking some time doing research (and trial and error) I have found their service to be exceptional, with great uptime. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?

The GDPR is now in force and we’re thrilled we have Mine to give us peace of mind about that.

Before Mine, we couldn’t find a quick and easy platform for data privacy management for our company. There are numerous approaches available with different advantages and disadvantages as well as price tags. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tom Orbach of MineOS

Thanks for leaving this review! It's awesome to hear that Mine is helping your business grow and that your users love you because of the way you handle your privacy operations. We are rooting for you!

What do you like best about MineOS?

In addition to using Mine’s most popular tools (automatic DSR fulfillment, data mapping, etc), we also started using their “Privacy Center” tool and it’s been great. It allows our users to submit requests conveniently, with a dedicated form.

While it’s super straightforward for our users to submit requests, the real value we see in it is the fact we receive the request in a way that is structured and it automatically gets into our existing workflow where data is then being deleted automatically from our data sources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MineOS?

More customization to the data mapping feature could have been great. We would have loved to add more fields / change certain elements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Since it now takes us less time to handle each request, requests are fulfilled faster and no privacy tickets go underway. My gut feeling is that the next time we survey our brand trust, we will see stronger results since more privacy requests are completed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tom Orbach of MineOS

Thanks for leaving a great review! It's great to hear that Mine's "Privacy Center" tool has impacted your team in a positive way.

Cheers!

What do you like best about MineOS?

We finally have control over our data sources and data requests from users. And Mine does it all while increasing the efficiency of our teams, as it’s all automatic.

Mine is a great privacy management Saas tool that brings efficiency and peace of mind to our company.

Employees no longer need to take care of mundane data subject request fulfillment, which was a real waste of time.

Though I didn't do it myself, my colleagues tell me that the onboarding was fast, setup was easy, and they had a working platform in their hands less than 5 minutes after signing up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MineOS?

Can’t wait to see more features coming out! Right now Mine offers a “complete” privacy ops platform, but in the next few months, once they roll out their next big updates, I think they’ll be the strongest player in the privacy industry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Though I'm not on the privacy team, and I'm not sure what the original reason for using Mine was, I know that the company has greatly improved its privacy processes since using Mine. Before that we had to do cross-team collaboration ourselves (with each privacy request), and now everything is automatic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tom Orbach of MineOS

Thank you for your great review! We're happy to hear you enjoy using Mine. We are so glad to know that you see a bright future for Mine. Cheers!

What do you like best about MineOS?

What I like about Mine is the ability to automate my privacy operations to the point where I don't even think about them anymore in my day to day.

Privacy management was a real headache for me before - controlling all data sources, handling deletion requests, making sure we’re compliant with GDPR and CCPA... doing it all manually was a nightmare.

I like the fact that Mine offers automation for all of that. And setting it all up was fast. The people that developed Mine created the platform with the single goal to make you spend less manual efforts & time on privacy ops. This also means you reduce privacy and compliance risks (as you let AI do your heavy lifting). Mine’s entire platform is centered around the idea of giving you peace of mind with regards to privacy, which is fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MineOS?

Actually not a lot. My only issue is that there’s no “Dark Mode” in the interface, but that’s really negligible. I like how everything is so clean. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mine solved our entire “privacy problem”, which was the fact that we had to worry about it at all :)

It also solved the pain of paying $100,000 per month to an old-fashioned corporate vendor that offered an *inferior* data privacy product. We’re so thrilled that new solutions in the privacy space like Mine PrivacyOps exist. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tom Orbach of MineOS

What do you like best about MineOS?

Automation, automation, automation.

I can’t stress this enough.

Until you enable Mine’s automation for your company, you don’t really understand what you’re missing.

Hear me out: if you’re doing *anything* manually regarding data privacy in your company, you’re doing it wrong. Mine PrivacyOps does everything for us, automatically, and it didn’t fail us even once. It’s some sort of “cruise control” magic that saves us about 2 hours of work everyday.

Setup was really short (I think less than 10 minutes), and the entire operation was functioning well, with no errors at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MineOS?

Nothing I can think of right now. In the past, we had some bugs, but all of them were taken care of within 60 minutes or less.

Honestly, I just wish Mine existed sooner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering MineOS:

Using Mine is like Nike - Just do it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Instead of having to deal with incoming data deletion requests manually, which is a boring and repetitive task, Mine does that for us automatically - and even replies to the user with a completion message (based on our templates)! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tom Orbach of MineOS

What do you like best about MineOS?

Data mapping. Wow. We recently upgraded from “Pro” to “Advanced” (which means getting the live data mapping), and it’s really awesome. We love our company’s map of privacy-related sources (SaaS tools that may include users data). Yesterday we got an alert when one employee from Marketing signed up for a new service that may require holding our users’ personal data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MineOS?

We’d love the “privacy center” to be available in more languages. They have recently added French, Deutsch, Arabic to the privacy center but we need more. I understand they’re working on it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?

We gained complete transparency and privacy visibility thanks to Mine Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tom Orbach of MineOS

Thanks for taking the time to leave this great review!

We're happy to hear that Mine is helping your company with your privacy operations, Yoni, especially the live data mapping. It's one of my favorite features too. This benefit of getting live notifications each time the AI recognizes a new data source in your organization is something we really worked to create, so we are thrilled to hear that it was helpful to you.

As for the privacy center localization, as you mentioned correctly, we're currently rolling out more and more languages. Feel free to share with us your wishlist if you have anything specific. Thank you for your patience and it's wonderful to know you found our privacy center valuable. Cheers!

What do you like best about MineOS?

-Very easy onboarding

-Three-clicks privacy requests fulfillment

-Integrations with everything we have

-No need to understand regulations to handle the data privacy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MineOS?

-Bulk operations could be improved. If we have many tickets with the same sources etc - we want to be able to fulfill them all at once

-They can add more templates for replying users (so that we won’t sound monotonic) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering MineOS:

Once you onboard everything is clear - simply log in to your company's portal and you'll understand everything Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Privacy requests management, data sources integrations and tracking all that without keeping an excel sheet. We often think about data privacy from legal perspective but Mine makes management faster and clients happier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tom Orbach of MineOS

Thank you for the review! Making sure teams can handle privacy without diving deep into regulations is a huge goal of ours, and it's awesome to hear we have helped yours. We strive to stay innovative in the future as well. We have noted your comment about the bulk operations and templates as well.

What do you like best about MineOS?

Mine PrivacyOps has a very attractive interface that is easy to navigate and the learning curve is steep.

Whenever I don’t understand something, their support team replies through the chat within 1-2 minutes - none like any other privacy management vendor I’ve used before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MineOS?

Incoming privacy requests are always an issue for me. But with Mine PrivacyOps I can fulfill them automatically and I don’t need to handle them 1 by 1 manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mainly, it helped me to monitor what open tickets (data privacy requests) I have open, and handle them in a few seconds. This saves me time and gives me clear visibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tom Orbach of MineOS

Thank you for leaving this review, Stephen! We're thrilled you like our product so much. Cheers!
