I like the entire privacy software. It’s very intuitive and much cheaper than alternatives. We increased our compliance and reduced privacy risks very fast once we set up all the automatic flows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some glitches from time to time (for example we had a day when Data Mapping did not work for 2 whole hours), but overall it’s stable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Practically, so many people in our company use Mine’s software for various reasons and manage their department’s users’ privacy with it, myself included. Everything about Mine PrivacyOps is top-notch, and we couldn’t be happier with it.
They make it easy for us to handle our incoming data deletion requests in the easiest way possible; we’ve never experienced this kind of software before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Integrating with Slack isn’t entirely possible (only kind of). We want to control 100% of the notifications and triggers, as it helps us monitor everything instantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Mine PrivacyOps has been designed to make it easy for any company to automate their daily privacy chores, such as: Mapping the company’s data sources, taking care of privacy requests, demonstrating compliance (for regulations like the GDPR)
It does all of that perfectly, and I like the fact that Mine PrivacyOps is easy to set up and easy to use in our day-to-day. I loved that everything here was self-serve! A first in the industry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While Mine lets you be in full control of your cloud data sources (SaaS tools, etc), Mine doesn’t allow you to be in control of your on-premise databases and servers you store physically near you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best thing about Mine is their friendly UI/UX and the ability to use pre-configured APIs to automate our privacy request management. Hands down, Mine is the best solution in the market if that’s what you’re trying to achieve.
Make sure to connect all of your team members (at least one from each department) and have Mine’s team show them how the platform works — this results in great efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For what I need they cost more than other solutions. BUT! Given the fact that I have a very close account manager/customer care rep by my side (Hey Galit) it’s totally worth the buck. Other privacy platforms I tried didn’t even bother to answer my support requests, they just redirected me to their pre-written knowledge base which was NOT useful. On the contrary, with Mine I get 1:1 live help (actually help) which is neat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What we love about Mine is how easy it is to implement new automation to fulfill privacy requests. Data discovery is easy as 3 clicks, and their new consent management integration just makes everything great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Since Mine is still evolving, not all features are available at the moment. For example, the consent management was only added 2 weeks ago. On the one hand, it's nice to know they're working so hard on creating new tools and flows to make privacy easy, but on the other - we wish we had everything on day one... 1. We chose Mine after reading reviews about them on G2, and we're thrilled we did.
2. As we have had more than 10,000 users throughout the past 2 years, and many of them now request the deletion of their data, Mine was the obvious solution. Mine not only helps us facilitate all of these requests, but also gives our users a better way to submit them; this means that users love us even more thanks to this privacy platform. This is super important for us since we put our customer’s data privacy experience first. Mine allows us to deliver on this promise.
3. Also, we think that the real-time data mapping is invaluable. We didn't receive such detailed data sources visibility maps and PII tracing with any other vendor in the market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing I dislike about Mine. Perhaps only the fact that their UI changes every month, which isn't confusing but does take a few seconds to get used to. I think it's good they're pushing updates and evolving their service.
And if we talk about UI changes, it's worth mentioning that the recent change where they allow us to make a list of all of our data sources is great, but it could have been even better if Mine explained that not all sources have automtions. We were used to the fact that everything under the "Data Sources" page was integration-ready and it's not the case anymore. It's totally reasonable, and we understand why it's the way it is, but still - we had higher expectations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Mine PrivacyOps has a very good-looking and easy-to-use interface. Setting up the integrations for automation is simple and the integrations team at Mine is very knowledgable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing to dislike. Mine continues to improve its platform and offerings. I am excited to see what new features and improvements get released next. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Absolutely game-changing is the data mapping tool. We found “hidden” data sources that prevented us from managing our users’ data in a comprehensive manner. The ROPA report we can export through the data mapping is excellent.
Then, Mine’s data sources list building tool allows us to add exactly the integrations we need and after the setup phase, we don’t have to bother with anything that’s not relevant for our company. We do this based on the live results of the data mapping.
The experience, therefore, feels like a personalized one, which was very positively received by our team. It absolutely saved us a lot of time and mitigated some privacy-related risks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would have to say that it’s another SaaS platform that we had to implement. But that’s not Mine’s fault; that’s just how working in tech is. Compared to other SaaS platforms we use, the transition and becoming familiar with Mine’s PrivacyOps went very smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A few hundred dollars per month for the live Data Mapping + DSR management really got our attention. The system has a great UI, easy setup and it works flawlessly. Literally no downtime for us. Every button does what it should. I wish every SaaS worked like Mine PrivacyOps, especially in the way it didn’t require any coding from our side in order to set up. Only two team members can access the platform in the “basic” plan. I guess it’s reasonable, as they have plans with more accounts, but still… Since privacy operations are all about collaboration between teams (which is something Mine’s software is great for), we initially expected to be able to connect more agents at no extra cost. The price. It’s very reasonable compared to competitors! Mine is affordable yet insanely powerful. In addition, the user experience is amazing and everything is easy to control. Our privacy operations are now significantly simplified with Mine.
As we only receive a few requests per year, we couldn't justify the cost of automating that with the large & expensive vendors in the privacy industry. Fortunately, we found Mine and we use it for our entire privacy management needs.
Above all, the fact that this platform is self-serve (no long implementation process) is absolutely awesome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I couldn’t find information on how to set up notifications for when a new request comes in. But their customer service on chat responded in 2 minutes and solved the problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
