Ability to collect all privacy-related requirements in one place. Thanks to the integration with the tools used inside the company, the private data can be handled easily, with one click, to the satisfaction of the end-users and also regulatory bodies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The price is quite high for companies with few requests per month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We love the way we handle DSRs with Mine. We get instant verification, and we don’t have to have back and forth emails with users any more. Every request we get through Mine is validated and verified, and that helps us a lot in saving time.
Since we receive requests from multiple sources, it was easy to lose track of some tickets before Mine. Today we have everything inside Mine’s platform and it’s well organized and well handled (automatically). No doubt, Mine is the easiest privacy platform we used so far.
We also like that they included full visibility & reporting into the platform, which makes it all centralized in a way that gives us peace of mind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Deleting requests from PayPal through Mine’s platform is possible, but weird. They can do the deletion, but they anonimyze the customers’ info so that it remains in the record but doesn’t show their PII. I think it’s because the customers’ data cannot be deleted completely since it’s attached to their payment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their support team - when we needed to add multiple domains for our company’s platform, they went all the way to do it as fast as possible, even though it’s not something they usually do (they don’t have this kind of “feature” in their platform).
I also like how easy everything is with Mine. We set up everything with the no-code privacy automation: and now we complete DSRs in no time.
They even upgraded us to the Pro plan trial to do a full valuation with their data mapping AI (thanks for giving us this gift, MJ!). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We needed Slack notifications for when we get new tickets. It was a pain for us not to have this option, but they recently added it, so I have no dislikes whatsoever. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We started using Mine PrivacyOps after receiving most of our privacy requests (~90%) from people who used Mine. These DSRs had a little link in the bottom, so we went there and onboarded Mine to get more context for each request.
Then, we “unlocked” the rest of the privacy platform, which was really great in every aspect. We ran a data mapping scan, we connected our data sources with integrations, we signed up for the consent management program and we have implemented Mine’s “privacy center” in our privacy policy.
What I like most about Mine is that they are very human-oriented, in many ways:
1. Their UI is very user-friendly. We have some non-technical team members and they use Mine like professionals.
2. They put care into the consumer’s side. As I said, we initially started using Mine because our customers chose Mine to submit DSRs through. Mine protects data privacy for all sides of the equation, and we love that. We feel like our users respect us more for using their chosen privacy solution.
3. Their team gives assistance in non-robotic manners. They understand our pains when we have issues and they solve them quickly. With that, I was very impressed by the way Mine doesn’t redirect support tickets to a “community” or a static “help center” - their team actually helps with solving issues. Our team is looking for more effective ways to share their achievements. For example, we have one member who hit a milestone and completed 100 (!) privacy requests. We’d appreciate it if Mine could give some “Share to Slack” button or the option to download a shareable image. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The way that Mine packs everything with its platform is really clever. You get a “bird eye” view to your company’s data sources and data deletion requests. That’s what we needed for our company.
If you’re looking for a privacy solution (DSR management, data mapping etc), I honestly urge you to speak with Mine’s team. When we did that, they didn’t even try to sell us their platform; they simply helped us with re-defining our privacy operations strategy for the better. We joined their business platform after we saw what great value they can give us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing to complain about currently.
If I really had to find something negative it was probably the fact that the UI isn’t fully customizable. We wanted to change colors to our company brand (so employees that log in to the privacy platform will meet familiar design). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Kind of like a one-stop-shop for your data deletion requests. Seamless for the consumer and the business it seems. The basic option is free, which is a great way to get started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Could do with a few more pricing options. We're not quite big enough to necessitate a premium plan but we would like more features than are currently available in the free plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It’s amazing how having one place for all privacy operations can make your workflow much easier. I also very much enjoyed that we could add team members, so wherever there was more work, multiple people could work on it. How far we have come with the requests, we then can evaluate on the reports page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Mine's data sources do not include one of the integrations we need.
I contacted Mine, and they assured me that they are already working on it, so that was great news. For now, I use the checklist tool, which helps to keep an overview while completing requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The main thing I like about Mine is that we can connect our company’s personalized list of data sources with which it’s super easy to complete any deletion or copy request we receive across all external sources. And all of that within a chic UX! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It seems like Mine’s PrivacyOps is expanding very fast, which means there are new tools to learn about again and again and the navigation changed a bit. But as we’re benefiting from each new feature and the changes in the Portal itself are easy to learn, it’s not something that is bothering us that much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Mine is totally worth the cost for us. We save so much time thanks to Mine.
- Onboarding wasn’t overwhelming as it was with other data privacy platforms we used before. It’s very fast, and we love the fact it was self-serve. We didn’t talk with anyone from Mine while setting everything up.
- The support team is perfect and fast. They are always live and ready to respond Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think there’s nothing I dislike about Mine PrivacyOps. They have a lot of resources to help with getting started, and I also attended one of their webinars which was very useful - they gave valuable tips for improving our data privacy procedures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
