I have been using Mine for almost 8 months now. The platform is very easy to use and fast to set up processes you need for GDPR compliance. It makes creating API integrations with your company’s data sources a breeze if you wish to do so. You can invite team members to the platform where your employees can manage their corresponding DSRs themselves which saves time on going through manual requests from them.
The support team has been very helpful whenever I have any questions or new feature requests. They are always available whenever I need them, they are helpful and knowledgeable about GDPR regulations. Their customer service standards are very high! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Although I think there could be some improvement with the usability of the platform, I am really happy with Mine. There are some features on their roadmap which I’m looking forward to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Mine automated our entire privacy operations in a user-friendly way. And when I say user friendly, I mean both for us (the agents in the company) and our company’s customers.
Specifically, I also like:
1.Auto-replies are translated automatically based on the language that the user sent us the DSR
2.Mine recently dropped a new “merged” request page. It’s only a sidebar update but it has real impact. The requests are now merged into one page and they added a filter tool to find the closed requests, the unverified requests etc. I didn’t think they could get their system to be even more clean than before, but they managed to do it. I love the new UI for the requests page! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our R&D team needed to set up webhooks events (to set controls notifications for when a new request is created and more). While it’s possible to do with Mine PrivacyOps, it took us a little bit of time to figure our where can we insert the HTTP Post URL. Luckily Mine gives instant verification key (as opposed to other platforms that give out webhooks connections). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It’s very intuitive and straightforward to start with Mine’s Data Mapping feature (which is what our team came for initially). We simply connected our employees and got hooked.
Once we connected each data source with the API we started getting the “insights” as well. It’s fantastic to see exactly whether the data source contains PII; data categories; records found; contacts found; how many employees have access; what’s our last usage and the user demographics (mainly geo location).
All of these insights are life savers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Manage accounts - we’d love to see which employees we connected already. It’s the “employee view” we’re missing here. We know how many employees we’ve connected to the data mapping, but we don’t know which ones exactly. Mine said it’s in their roadmap so that’s great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Mine is my favorite tool to complete privacy requests. Our company used to do it in the usual CSM software, but Mine is so much better - it gives us context for each request and allows us to set up automatic workflows. It also allows us to reduce risks as each closed request is redacted.
What I like most about Mine is the fact that their Knowledge Base is full of instructional videos that explain everything concisely, without wasting time. I love that. I watched them all.
And when we need to use the services of their support team, they answer very briefly (and don’t rely on the knowledge base alone). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We wish the privacy center tool was available in more languages! Mine added 2-3 new languages recently, but we’d love to have more. It’s super important for our localization efforts! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Self-serve platform, no live implementation required (everything is pre-configured just for us).
- Great customer service. We were reaching out to them because we have been receiving erasure requests from Mine and users who use their services at an incorrect email address. They fixed it fast without hassles.
- Ability to automate everything related to privacy. We configured rules that handle requests without human touch. That’s superb! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Mine offers a great tool to deeply understand our company’s data sources mess which is called “Data Mapping”. I really wanted to use it and see the insights all the data sources, but couldn’t connect all the data sources with API because we couldn’t get admin access internally (the relevant person is OOO for quite some time due to covid). I hope we’ll be able to do it soon! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Of all the great Privacy Operations we executed with Mine, the bigger aspect is that almost everything can be suited for the company’s needs is just amazing. Starting from creating your own data source list, to connecting your teammates and customizable templates. It’s such a special platform with great looking, fast and exact results. Sadly the insights are not available for every data source in their list. But it says they’re coming soon, so I’m not worried about this small detail too much. Just a great addition I would appreciate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This tool became one of our most important “ingredients” in our tech stack. Virtually everybody in our company use it to control the data sources we use, and the CS team utilizes Mine to handle all of our incoming data deletion emails automatically.
The “free forever” version of Mine provides many useful features. It is ideal for organizations in the early stages of development. Try it, trust me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When we onboarded first, we couldn’t see any request in the “Open Requests” page. We had to do some investigating but found out that all of our Mine-powered requests were redirected to a different domain we are using, so we approached their support team and they fixed it. They simply combined both domains to our privacy platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In a nutshell, Mine shows you the users’ country of residence. This is what I love about Mine.
One major challenge with the DSR emails we receive is we don’t know the resident of the requestor. With Mine PrivacyOps, you actually can see the geo residence of the requester, as well as last email evidence of interactions for context. This is the main reason why we think Mine is an awesome privacy solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We needed consent management for compliance purposes, and Mine didn’t offer that. BUT, literally the next day after we reached out to them about that, it’s suddenly added to the platform’s sidebar. Like, boom. Probably a coincidence, but still, it’s amazing how they keep pushing more and more features every week.
WHAT PROBLEMS HAVE YOU SOLVED:
Thanks to Mine we don’t have to “bother” our users by asking them what’s their country of residence. This means happier users and happier support agents! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The amount of things Mine PrivacyOps offers is incredible. From request handling, data source lists, automations, privacy center, and even data mapping. When I reach out to them, I can tell how much thought and energy goes into the product to find the best solutions. I am blown away and my expectations are def exceeded. My company had the basic plan for quite some time before upgrading and it was just a bit annoying to get a sense of the additional features and get asked to upgrade. But that’s just how it is. We at the end did upgrade and never looked back. We should’ve done it sooner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

After using Mine for a while I would say I like best that Mine evolves so fast and develops in the best way. Mine’s PrivacyOps is super team-work friendly and makes it incredibly easy to review, process and reply to our users’ requests. Also, a big fan of the templates, especially since they’re editable to your company (as is the Privacy Center). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As it is when working with multiple SaaS platforms: you get a lot of emails, such as feature announcements. Sometimes it’s a bit annoying that stuff like this overflows my inbox, but on the other hand, I enjoy Mine’s announcements because it’s always a great new feature that I’m most of the time excited about trying out.
