Mine's biggest strength is how it turns a complex and disjoint process of mapping data and processing privacy requests into a workflow that can be almost entirely automated. It provides the tools for smaller orgs to build a compliance program that would otherwise be out of their reach and it enables larger orgs to deal with any quantity of requests in a streamlined way.
It has significantly simplified and sped up our workflows for dealing with and responding to these requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It currently lacks some integrated features for narrowing down the results of your overall data mapping process into an exact list of the services you'd like to cover but I believe this is coming soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Mine offers many many features to make our lives easier when it comes to privacy (which is usually a headache). My company started using Mine because of the privacy requests we got from its users, now we discovered also data mapping and cookie consent management.
I appreciate a lot that the design allows an easy and not overwhelming experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think my main dislike is that I blocked a timeslot in my calendar to set everything up but eventually I only needed 10 minutes for that lol. Don’t forget to use the templates & rules they offer + customize them. This will save a lot of extra time and makes great automated progress. Oh and also there is 1-2 automation that is not available, but for now, we just added them to the manual list, not ideal but still nice to have an overview of what we’re doing when handling a deletion request... We love Mine’s integrations. They are configured well and help us with deleting user data from our data sources (upon request) within seconds, without having to log in to that specific data sources and pull data manually.
Also, Mine offers great email templates & rules! Once our agents complete a Data Subject Request, Mine suggests a copy for responding to the user. It saves us a lot of time.
In addition, we set up a few “reject rules”, as we receive a lot of irrelevant privacy requests from time to time - from people that we don’t even hold their data. So thanks to Mine’s “evidence”, the system automatically identifies requests coming from these people, “paints” them as irrelevant, rejects the request, and responds to them. All without human touch, all automatically!
I think it’s a great privacy management platform because on top of everything I mentioned, the UI is really pleasant, and everything is understandable and easy. We don’t have to worry about coding privacy processes here at IT in order to make Mine work well. It just works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For adding teammates, we currently have to write down their names and email addresses in Mine’s platform. I think it would be great if Mine could give us a “magic link” we could send to our colleagues, and by clicking on them they will be added to our company’s portal. Great productivity tool for everything related to our users’ privacy. Our entire CS team loves it, as it allows us to fulfill privacy requests so much faster than before (less manual work, more automation). Mine simplifies and improves the quality of work. Can’t find a comparable product that gives the same value to a company in terms of handling privacy requests and controlling data sources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It’s the 2nd time I’ve implemented Mine. I used it and loved it at my previous company. I still like it, but this time something was stuck when adding employees from other departments (the invitation wasn’t sent). Luckily they helped really fast, but still, it wasn’t as smooth an experience as before. Make sure to contact their support through chat if you’re stuck during implementation (they help out fast). DSAR automation and integrations are invaluable. Data mapping across org is very streamlined. Makes data protection much simpler and their customer service is best in class. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not much to dislike. It's a great solution with great people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Mine PrivacyOps is extremely innovative. I couldn’t believe such easy solutions are available in the privacy space (which is usually very complex and technical). Their powerful AI that manages all incoming DSR/DSAR, along with the other AI for scanning all of our company’s data sources, are honestly magical.
Most of our employees are not engineers, and also limited by time, and yet they managed to implement and set up Mine PrivacyOps in less than a day. They connected all of our data sources to Mine’s platform and we can now do everything automatically: From fulfilling data privacy requests to demonstrating compliance. 1) The evidence (for faster request validation) takes a few seconds to load for each request.
2) Not all integrations we need are available.
3) Mine’s B2C users send us a lot of deletion requests
4) Consent management is outsourced; we use it and we like it but it’s not offered by Mine directly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to get all of our customer data under one roof was invaluable - it allowed us to see exactly what information we were collecting, who was using it, and how they were using it.
Everything works well with Mine PrivacyOps - the scan data gathering is very thorough, the “privacy center” allows any end user to submit DSRs without having to contact support or IT, and our GDPR compliance program has never been easier. And I love that Mine continuously scans for new sources of customer data as we launch new products or websites.
Mine lets us know when something is out of control (such as a 3rd party that has too much data of our users) so we can fix it ASAP rather than waiting until after a security or a privacy incident occurs. That gives us great peace of mind! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Everyone in our company uses Mine, as we take privacy very seriously. As a designer, I really appreciate the ease of use here.
It’s hard to think of anything I dislike about this solution because I’ve seen the value of it firsthand. If anything, I guess if we were building a new website or product it would be nice to have more flexibility with our data sources. We’re planning on launching some AI-driven chatbots soon and I know that Mine will require us to add in code for consents there. But again, not really disliked - just something to be aware of before you launch your own products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I must be honest, the GDPR was a real burden for us before Mine.
Mine gave excellent customer service, exceptional UX and a powerful product that helped us resolve the GDPR issue. Probably for good. It’s no longer a concern for us!
Let me be clear: This is the best user experience I’ve seen when it comes to privacy operations. Mine offers a beautiful UI and the flows to get things done just make sense. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Perhaps more notifications (to our email) or more automation could be great.
We currently log in to the platform every day to check how we’re doing, and I think Mine could give us that via a daily email or by giving us a way to automate the process somehow Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They let you do a lot for free, as soon as you finish setting up your company’s portal. Just the evidence that Mine fetches from the users is enough for us to use the platform, but they offer much more. They let us try their live data mapping (we ran 1 scan for free) and we liked what we saw (very detailed), so we think of upgrading soon in order to utilize the daily data mapping too. It’s very helpful to avoid risks, in my opinion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Perhaps more flexibility in pricing? We really try to do the “lean” approach here, and if we could pay per evidence-backed request (as a payment unit) it could be good for us. Needless to say, Mine is still much cheaper than other options in the market, based on an analysis I made a while ago. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We didn’t know at first if we’d like to use Mine for the long term. Thankfully, the system offers a very simple set up & implementation process, which made it possible to test Mine out without putting too much effort into starting with it. Once we saw how easy it is to set automatic flows that handle incoming DSRs for us, we got hooked. It’s built for people who don’t have time in mind. Getting privacy-related stuff done is more than easy now, and even with the free version we’re completely happy with it.
We use Mine not only for handling our users’ privacy, but also our employees’ privacy, our candidates’ privacy, and basically every touch point we have that we keep personal data about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We like everything about Mine. I really hope they’ll continue to automate everything related to privacy, in any aspect. Just automation automation automation (and more features that regard automation) will be fantastic for our company. We don’t have time to deal with privacy :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
