The great thing about the training was it was fun, short and sweet and too the point. The actors were hilarious and there was clearly a lot of thought put into each episode. Mimecast has some of the best thing like it can save you from cyber attcks, email attacks, save your million of dollars. Their customer support is also very active and supportive.
Also the customization as per oranizational need is the other best thing about it. In this time we had to use it every day or even if I say on every second it is imortant to be safe from this cyber attacks.

- The format: The Mimecast Awareness Training is based on short, scenario-based videos with live-action characters. The videos are entertaining and our staff love them.
- The cost: When we first saw the Mimecast quote with Email Security, we couldn't believe our eyes, it's very cost effective.

- Schedulability: While you can schedule a phishing campaign and videos in advance, there is no option to schedule a campaign on a recurring basis automatically.
