Simply teaches you to look out for the simple things in emails and its very interesting for your IT team to implement as on going training methods. Very easy to use and can transform the way your business operates more aware of the predators out their targeting email. Extremely easy to implement. The Mimecast Team that gives Training as what I used to do as part of the Professional Services team allows for questions to be asked very often all the time and the team updates you with new updates regularly. I would suggest a frequency of having training for new staff when they start and every 3 - 6 months as a refresher course for all staff. The Mimecast Awareness Training can be implemented quiet easy into your current environment and it simply integrates everywhere. You just need to fit it into your training schedule. **What do you dislike about Mimecast Security Awareness Training?** The Training could improve by adding in some new Social Media forms of fraudulent activities that would make the user very much aware of what to look out for in simple chats. The actors were hilarious and there was clearly a lot of thought put into each episode. There isn't enough episodes and not enough Doug! No seriously i really enjoyed all the episodes and can't fault them. The videos are entertaining and our staff love them. - The cost: When we first saw the Mimecast quote with Email Security, we couldn't believe our eyes, it's very cost effective. - Intuitive: When I started using the product, it was easy to set up and configure. Very easily conveyable language is used in all videos. Message is simple to understand. Frequency of these videos is not that much so it annoys the users. It is at bare minimum so so it doesn't disturb user's daily work routine and conveys the message as well. **What do you dislike about Mimecast Security Awareness Training?** I dislike the amount of questions asked at the end of video. It shouldn't be just one. There should be atleast three. And there should be clear explanation of why is a certain answer wrong and why is that correct. There should be a percentage shown of answers relate to user's answers. There shouldn't be right or wrong answer , it should be just like educating users about what to do in situation like this. **Recommendations to others considering Mimecast Security Awareness Training:** Please give it a try if you have staff of non technical users. The customer service was lacking to non-existent. Reporting was very limited to pre-defined filters that offered no granularity.
