MikMak is a user friendly platform that allows for easy access to analytics and data, with multiple slicers to drill down to see detail as granular as needed. As a CPG brand, MikMak is amazing at driving users quickly down the funnel leading to higher conversion and therefore more revenue. We have been users of MikMak for 2 years at this point and continue to build our relationship with their recent 3.0 release and we're finding ways to easily integrate their tools within our ecosystem.
The customer service for MikMak could not be better. Kieran is our current CSM and they are absolutely incredible. Previously we've worked with a few other account managers and CSMs and they have all been amazing to work with, consistently finding ways to get the most out of the platform. We recently started using MikMak commerce landing pages to drive more of our paid media efforts directly to purchasability on our retailer partners' website, and have been very happy with our results. We feel strongly that this provides a quicker, easier, and more seamless path to purchase for our consumers, who are more and more accustomed to lightning quick eCommerce purchase experiences. We love being able to quickly and easily customize our landing pages, add and change products as needed, and the ability for us to see dynamic and easily digestible data that helps inform our media strategy.
