MikMak is a user friendly platform that allows for easy access to analytics and data, with multiple slicers to drill down to see detail as granular as needed. As a CPG brand, MikMak is amazing at driving users quickly down the funnel leading to higher conversion and therefore more revenue. We have been users of MikMak for 2 years at this point and continue to build our relationship with their recent 3.0 release and we're finding ways to easily integrate their tools within our ecosystem.
The customer service for MikMak could not be better. Kieran is our current CSM and they are absolutely incredible. Previously we've worked with a few other account managers and CSMs and they have all been amazing to work with, consistently finding ways to get the most out of the platform. I work with the MikMak team when creating landing pages and links, as well as reporting and when planning future activations. The MikMak rep we have been working with recently, Asma Begum, is always super responsive whenever we need new links generated and happy to help!
