What do you like best about MightyCall?

I appreciate MightyCall’s quick, efficient customer support the most—they’re always responsive and helpful. Beyond that, I find the platform itself very user-friendly. It’s simple to integrate with other tools, and adding or managing team members is straightforward. Plus, the UI is clean and intuitive, which makes everyday use a breeze. What do you dislike about MightyCall?

While I’ve found MightyCall generally easy to use, I’ve noticed it’s fairly simple to inadvertently break the call flow settings without a way to lock or safeguard them, requiring help from customer service to fix. Another improvement I’d like to see is the ability to access all historical paid invoices—this would save time during accounting audits instead of having to request them from support.` Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MightyCall?

It's an afforable VOIP system that you can use and the one thing I always look into for Tech wise is how well they know the tech and how they can communicate the knowledge they have to the users. They are able to integrate their system with an old system as we work within a health care system. I contacted mutiple times to their support and they are able to answer all of our question and even emailed us the support of what is needed to be done over the weekend even. What do you dislike about MightyCall?

I would say the support of their end is kind of hard to understand but it would help the average user. As I use to work in the Tech industry it showed some specific information that I cannot get a hold of as it requires a person to look into it for me or I would happened to stumble upon the information on my own. What do you like best about MightyCall?

The user interface is excellent - not just for those with technical skills but also for those who typically need a fair amount of help with technology. Very easy to navigate, very easy to set up call flows and setting. The intuitive interface is the best. Being able to do a 7 day trial of the product to really navigate through and see if it work even work for our process and team was a game changer. The support team has been on top of it, I've actually spoken with the same person multiple times instead of being bounced to a new person with every interaction (like other experiences). I am so much more pleased with MightyCall than the last two service providers we've tried. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MightyCall?

There isn't anything I dislike at this moment. The cost is more than we've spent elsewhere (after the promotion ends) but it is so much more worth it for the reliability, usability, and customization ability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MightyCall?

Mightycall has many features that I love! Some things that I like best are 1) the texting feature 2) how friendly and easy the app is to navigate and use 3) that I can have the option to call from my web browser if I prefer AND receive calls through the web too! Any time I have had any issues customer support chat resolves my issues within minutes! I appreciate that MightyCall has frequent updates to ensure the best usage. I use MightyCall every single day and it has made having a "work number" on my personal phone such an easy process and not at all a nuisance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MightyCall?

I signed up to use one of MightyCall's plan. It was easy to implement, integrate and use. When I had call flow questions, I found that Customer Support was very responsive and they solved the challenge. MightyCall offers a lot of features at a competitive rate. What do you like best about MightyCall?

This makes our office to office commuication so easy. We have 9 locations and can reach each other with a simple three digit extension which rings to desk VOIP phones and the employee's cell phone and computer so they can take the call any way they want and from wherever they want. Setup is pretty easy for most people. There are advanced features that may be challenging but there are good instructions. Customer support is responsive when needed. Integrating this into our everyday use was easy. We use this constantly. Also the texting feature is very useful to our customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MightyCall?

I have loved how accessible the support team has been as we've set up the system. They're responsive and helpful and easy to reach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MightyCall?

There are a few things that I don't feel like were accurately disclosed by the sales team when they were pitching the system, such as caller ID and being able to see which of our business lines callers are calling. They did tell me they offered both, but declined to tell me I had to chose one; it's an either or, not a both and situation.

Setting up the ability to text was also a major hassle that I didn't experience with two previous phone carriers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MightyCall?

While the initial setup was a bit daunting for an old neophyte like me, a bit of help from a daughter and from the Mighty Call help line made the initial onboarding easy enough and with few exceptions the system has run smoothly every since. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MightyCall?

We haven't figured out how to successfully transfer a call to others or add others to the call we are on, but since we don't need to do these things very often, we haven't put much effort into resolving the issue either. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
