**What do you like best about MightyCall?**

One of the biggest advantages is that it’s app-based, which allows me to take calls and manage everything from anywhere. That flexibility has been a huge benefit for my day-to-day operations.

**What do you dislike about MightyCall?**

There are a few downsides—occasionally, settings seem to change without me making updates, which can be frustrating.

**What problems is MightyCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MightyCall helps me manage my business communications in a much more efficient and professional way. As a small business owner, I need to be accessible to clients at all times, and the app-based system allows me to take calls and respond to messages from anywhere instead of being tied to an office phone.

It also helps ensure that I never miss important client calls. Features like call routing, voicemail, and notifications make it easy to stay on top of everything, even when I’m busy or out of the office.

**What do you like best about MightyCall?**

I like that MightyCall has a good interface and the call quality is good. It provides a free platform to send texts to customers, which is really helpful. It has given me a good experience for making calls, and I can make inbound and outbound calls easily. It's pretty good for my day-to-day business needs.

**What do you dislike about MightyCall?**

I would like to see how many minutes I spend on calls, both outbound and inbound. It would be great to have an email or ticketing system added, which could make it a very good CRM. Also, sometimes the app disconnects automatically when I switch tabs. The mobile app is a bit buggy; it shows texts from two clients in one contact.  Also We got told in the start that texts are unlimited but in the month end they always ask us to buy more texts as the limit is exhausted so i did not like that part and i have to pay extra money every month.

**What problems is MightyCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MightyCall solves my daily communication needs by providing a good experience for calls, and a free platform to send texts to customers. It's valuable for my B2C business with inbound and outbound calls and texting.

**What do you like best about MightyCall?**

I like the ease of access and the visibility of agent status; it's super easy to change their statuses and monitor active statuses as a supervisor. I like how I can whisper or barge in on a call as a supervisor. It's really easy to find calls in reporting and pulling reports as CSV files.

**What do you dislike about MightyCall?**

There are some bugs in the reporting—when looking at different areas relating to calls for a specific agent, the numbers don’t really match up. Also, agents report getting dropped calls on occasion.

**What problems is MightyCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like MightyCall's ease of access, visibility of agent status, and how it lets me easily change and monitor statuses. The whisper or barge feature is handy for supervisors, and finding calls and pulling reports as CSVs is straightforward.

**What do you like best about MightyCall?**

Helpful team to set up and get initial call routing and automated attendant set up.
Haven't integrated it with other software as of yet.
Initial connection and setup easy, porting number off TMobile to Mightycall easy and quicker than the quoted timeframe from Mightycall (took one day to port). The challenge is getting to know all the features and functionality. The training videos have been very helpful for tactical setups and adjustments. There was a learning curve on my end about texting and how to allow text from the 3 employees that would be private by individual. The default is a "group text sort of situation" where all text go through one phone number and are seen be everyone. Again, this could be atrocious training issue on my end. The process to get Texting service was not fully understood upon sighing up for a hosted phone service.  Learning curve.  The phone app needs to be open to function, and that is a challenge for myself. Changing human behavior to open cell phone app, log into the computer site, is new to this organization that is very virtual and on the move.

**What do you dislike about MightyCall?**

Texting challenges, - individual texting from one number and keeping conversations private isn't available.
Having to have apps open to ring on cell phone.

**What problems is MightyCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Need callers to get to the right team member. One central phone number that can reach many team members. Track call volume (soon), and call recording for training purposes.

**What do you like best about MightyCall?**

What stands out most about MightyCall for our company is how well they accommodate even very small businesses with limited requirements, ensuring we still receive the services we need. Although their platform offers far more features than we are likely to use, it never feels overwhelming, and we are never made to feel out of place for not needing everything they provide. Previously, we had difficulty implementing certain features with another provider that was supposedly better suited for small companies, which ultimately led us to switch. Since moving to MightyCall, the experience has been much smoother. Their platform is easier to use, and their support team has been exceptionally friendly and well-equipped to help us set up our systems, even when our needs didn't fit their typical scenarios. Throughout our time with them, they have consistently been responsive, approachable, and extremely knowledgeable.

**What do you dislike about MightyCall?**

As a very small company, it's challenging to be required to support more lines than we actually need. It would be much more convenient if we could pay a lower price for fewer lines. While the overall cost isn't beyond our means, that particular aspect does make things a bit difficult.

**What problems is MightyCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use MightyCall to provide our team with phone numbers that are separate from our personal ones, allowing clients to reach us without using our private contact details. This makes it much easier to keep business and personal communications distinct, all without the hassle of carrying multiple phones.

Switched over from Google Voice to Might call mainly for the call flow capabilities but found the additional features extremely useful.  Call Recording and Team Management both come in extremely handy. Well worth the price vs google voice.

**What do you dislike about MightyCall?**

International Calls could be cheaper. I was also without a phone number for about 3 hours when we initially got set up due to some error on their end. It was not a major issue because we had not ported our main number but it could have a horrible experience if we had.

**What do you like best about MightyCall?**

We’ve been using MightyCall for a while now and it’s been a game-changer for our business. The setup was quick, the interface is very intuitive, and our team didn’t need much training to get started. Call quality is clear, and features like call recording and call forwarding make daily operations so much easier.

**What do you dislike about MightyCall?**

The only drawback is that call recordings don’t always open properly on mobile. It works fine on desktop, but on the phone it can be a bit inconvenient.

**What problems is MightyCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MightyCall makes it easy to manage all our business calls in one place. Before, we struggled with missed calls and not knowing which team member handled which customer. Now, with call forwarding, recording, and voicemail features, we never lose track of conversations. It also gives our business a more professional image since customers reach us through one main number. Overall, it saves us time, helps us stay organized, and improves the customer experience.

**What do you like best about MightyCall?**

I really like MightyCall's user interface; it's quick and easy to set up. It took me just about ten minutes to get started, and I was able to make calls almost immediately. Setting up users was also really fast, under fifteen minutes. The supervisor monitoring feature, which allows me to see who's on calls and break down all analytics by hours, is super beneficial. The initial setup was literally the simplest I've ever had. After switching phone services multiple times over the years, setting up MightyCall was a breeze. The porting of numbers took just a day, and my toll-free number was set up in a week, which was incredibly straightforward.

**What do you dislike about MightyCall?**

at this point I haven't run into any issues. Maybe letting me record inbound calls without requiring a greeting.

**What problems is MightyCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MightyCall makes it easy for me to control users and phone numbers at a lower cost. The setup is quick, the user interface is simple, and I can monitor calls and analytics efficiently.

I like the easy of use, bulk calling and texting features that they provide without any hassles. Super responsive customer support.

I've been using this new platform for the last couple of weeks. Didn't see much negative thing I could mention right now. Only, one that could have been better for many users - if there was an automatic area code selection features in the local presence dialing.

**What problems is MightyCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MightyCall solved the problem by enabling bulk calling and SMS, because we got to make a lot cold calls and SMS. Then, it also helps with auto recording call feature, that as a supervisor I can listen to, by just going in the report section. Also, there are unlimited minutes for USA and Canada, please addition of new phone numbers that help a lot.

I really appreciate how MightyCall journals every entry, allowing us to view the logs of people who call, which adds a significant level of transparency and accountability. It's incredibly user-friendly and simplifies the support process. Having the ability to use multiple phone numbers to reach our customers is very convenient. I love the feature that lets us easily choose which phone number to send a text message from, enhancing communication flexibility. These features collectively make MightyCall an invaluable tool for our business.

I have encountered issues with the MightyCall app on Android platforms where calls do not ring properly when patients try to reach us. This results in calls not being answered in a timely manner, and it's a problem we are actively trying to resolve.

MightyCall provides a phone solution separate from traditional carriers, logs call entries, supports easy customer communication, and allows mobile use, which is crucial as other tools require a stationary setup.

The best side of Mightycall is providing shaken-down numbers and the ability to also change those up to as many times as you would like. As a high outbound company, it is great to know that I can make high call volumes without Spam labels and at the same time it has also improved the show ratio and pick up ratio os our clients. Overall, the best phone system as of today for sure.

**What do you dislike about MightyCall?**

The only thing that comes into play for me is the auto selector for the closest area to the area code. Some competitors already offer such an ability, and if it were available, it would make my dials much faster, but that is not the key point; however, it would definitely be a feature I would take advantage of.

With the shaken down numbers provided the pick up ratio and show ratio of our clients has increased as we show more credibility to what we do not being labeled as a spam likely contact.

**What do you like best about MightyCall?**

I use MightyCall primarily for communicating with existing clients, and it has been incredibly effective in facilitating these interactions. One of the features I appreciate most is its reliability; I have never encountered any server issues, and the service is consistently available 24/7, which means I can always rely on it being operational whenever I need it. This consistency ensures that my communication with clients is uninterrupted, making my experience with MightyCall very dependable. Another feature I find immensely helpful is the call recording. This is particularly beneficial when clients are in a hurry and provide important details that I might miss in the moment. The ability to replay recordings allows me to catch up on any missed information, refine my communication skills, and correct any mistakes, thereby enhancing my overall effectiveness. Additionally, the ease of having a different number associated with the same mail and receiving call-backs is convenient and adds flexibility to managing my communications. The initial setup was surprisingly easy compared to competitors, with everything being handled seamlessly over the phone, making it less intimidating for startups lacking extensive documentation. This easy onboarding process is a significant advantage for startups, as it does not require extensive confidential information like LLC or ITIN, helping businesses hit the ground running without hurdles. Overall, I find MightyCall's services not only reliable and efficient but also supportive of communication dynamics in my daily professional interactions.

**What do you dislike about MightyCall?**

I find it inconvenient that the MightyCall desktop app lacks a pop-out phone dialer, which would allow easier dialing directly from any webpage or application without needing to access the main MightyCall website. Another issue is the inconsistency in saving contacts; numbers saved on my desktop don’t sync automatically with the mobile app, which defeats the purpose of having integrated communication across devices. Additionally, there are issues with call notifications on mobile; I often receive missed call notifications without the phone ringing during incoming calls, which means only one device rings at a time. This creates a problem in promptly responding to calls.

I find MightyCall saves time in client communications, reducing reliance on lengthy emails and texts. It enhances efficiency in my daily interactions and offers reliable service without downtime.

**What do you like best about MightyCall?**

The price point of MightyCall cannot be beat, especially when you pair it with a very effective and easy to use phone service. We love the ability to use the app or the web phone, to be able to send and receive texts, and to have voicemails transcribed in your inbox. We have multiple phone lines and programs, and MightyCall is able to accommodate it all. The customization features are very helpful - we are able to customize our phone tree, answering rules, voicemail greetings, and groups. I also appreciate the ability to supervise team members and set up different roles within the account to allow team leads some supervision ability as well.  It has every feature we were looking for as a nonprofit organization with 25+ employees. Every time we have had a technical issue, customer support responds quickly and is able to troubleshoot it.

**What do you dislike about MightyCall?**

I would love to see MightyCall add additional integration features in the future - like integrating with a Slack workspace, for example. Occasionally, we also have problem with dropped calls. It also is not compatible if employees are using a VPN service.

**What problems is MightyCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MightyCall is providing an affordably priced VoIP phone service that provides our organization with all of the features needed to engage with our clients. We switched to MightyCall because of the ease of use, product features, and price point offered for the number of phone lines that we utilize. We don't foresee switching phone service providers in the future because MightyCall meets all of our needs.

It works on my PC as well as on my phone. So it was easy to use.

It locks out your IP address constantly. Sometimes it shows you as unavailable. It's not 100% reliable. And also, it doesn't work with bluetooth headsets.

I have found MightyCall to be extremely beneficial for managing communications within my business. One of the standout features is the ability to handle text messages across multiple users in the same location, which has been an immense help in maintaining streamlined communication. The flexibility to modify phone number routing based on various factors like time of day, personnel availability, and schedules, including during vacation periods, is another major advantage. I find the app for MightyCall really lacking. It's slow, difficult to use, and not intuitive at all. When comparing it to Google Voice, MightyCall's app doesn't measure up in terms of functionality or user-friendliness. Additionally, there's an issue with the app consistently showing 'journal is unavailable,' which is frustrating because it hinders my ability to easily identify and solve problems. Overall, the phone app and web app need significant improvements to enhance the user experience.

While MightyCall covers the basics well, there are a couple of areas that could be a better fit for teams with more complex needs. The integrations can feel a bit limited if you’re looking to connect with less common CRMs or workflow tools, and advanced analytics/reporting could use some deepening for leadership teams who really want to dig into call data.

MightyCall really helps cut through the usual headaches that come with managing business calls for a distributed team. Instead of juggling multiple platforms or worrying about missed connections, everything from call routing to voicemail is handled in one place. I like MightyCall for its excellent connectivity features, which are vital for my work in connecting with US clients and managing sales across different regions. The platform is also impressive overall, contributing positively to my operations. Additionally, the initial setup of MightyCall was very easy, with supportive guidance from a chat representative helping me to set up my account efficiently.

I find the payment system of MightyCall really problematic. I face significant challenges making payments month on month. It's primarily due to my inability to use the same card for monthly transactions. This makes the payment process unnecessarily difficult for me.

I like the fact that we can store numbers in MightyCall and assign names to the phone numbers. This feature makes it easier for me to find the number quickly when I make repeated calls to certain companies.

The support team has been incredibly helpful whenever we've had questions, which makes the learning curve easy to manage.

I love the fact that everything is right in front of me to use and see when calls are coming in and viewing notes from the call to help ensure our agents are doing their best at what they do in our call center. It's very simple to use without having to download any apps, as you can use it right off the webpage base, as well as shows my reports for the day and breaks down the data for me for every agent we have on. Very great service and I love that the fact that the Mightycall customer service is very hands-on and gets back to us ASAP, unlike other software, which can take hours sometimes a day. The only issue we have sometimes is when we have "calls waiting" yet agents are available for these calls, and sometimes the calls drop. I wish we could control the background sound for agents like Zoom does, so it's not so sensitive to those background sounds.

Since this is a completely new platform for me and my first experience with business telephony, I can't say much yet. However, based on my research, there are only about three companies on the market that offer call recording with call forwarding and relatively transparent pricing along with support. I decided to go with your company. I also read reviews online. I’ll be able to give more feedback once we fully switch to your telephony system and start using it actively.

**What do you dislike about MightyCall?**

I wasn’t happy because I was charged more than expected. I was using the trial version to test the service, and it required selecting a phone number for testing. However, I immediately initiated the process of porting my number from another provider, and there was no option or offer to remove the test number. I still don’t understand what the initial charges were for, and I haven’t had the time to figure it out.

**What problems is MightyCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Call forwarding for clients when someone from the core team or support is away or unavailable — plus the ability to outsource this service — is a big advantage. Also, my top choice still records calls even before the registration process begins, which is really cool.

I love that interface. It's super easy to navigate and everything is straightforward. It made training my team very easy. Also, the knowledge base articles are perfectly written - again straightforward and easy to follow.

Love love love the customer support. Whenever we have an issue or question, we can get it resolved or receive a reply within an hour. Which is great considering there are a few bugs and issues with the platform. I also love how friendly the team is and empathetic. Great customer service over all - even better than Hubspot's Customer Service (and they're supposed to the best). If it was not for the customer service, we probably would have stopped using Mightycall due to the amount of bugs/system errors.

I like the sync between Hubspot and that we were able to import our contacts and know who's calling.

I like that every call is recorded and we receive emails for voicemails that are left.

We have multiple phone numbers so I also love the ability to see which number the client/lead has called and how easy it is to switch between numbers as needed.

Honestly, overall MightyCall (when it decided to work right) is efficient and has helped us optimized our calls. 

Love the stats we can pull as well.

I have recommended MightyCall to my aunt, and she actually did switch over to you guys ;)!

**What do you dislike about MightyCall?**

The system is way too finnicky. Our biggest pain points:

- The 'missed calls' should be displayed on the browser in the journal instantly. We should not have to click refresh. This means if you don't remember to click refresh, you will not see any missed calls. Like what?? Lol. That doesn't make sense to me, and is pretty silly for a system that is supposed to replace a phone. I'm not sure why that hasn't been figured out. 

- The dial pad stops work sometimes. There has been times where my team has had to quit and restart the dial pad multiple times before it works again. In the meantime, in those minutes it takes until the dial pad starts working, we have missed calls and annoyed clients who think we are not reachable. It would be ok if this was every once in a while, I get that bugs happen but Personally, it happens WAY too often. I would say this happens weekly, if not multiple times a week. Even when using incognito mode!

- Voicemail to Text is sooooooo bad at translating that we don't even read it because it's usually 90% wrong. It's almost useless to offer this service with it being so completely off. It does, however, generate a good laugh among the team reading it sometimes. I feel like with AI tools now, you can propbably improve this.

-  Sometimes we can't hear clients, or clients cannot hear us. It's not an internet issue because it has happened during stable high speed internet connections. Generally within some time of constant quitting & re-opening mightycall the issue does resolve itself. But again, this happens way too frequently. At least biweekly. So it's just annoying.

We have a completely remote customer service team so we needed a way for everyone to be able to take and make calls. Our company's phone line is our life line! It's how our clients reach us when we need help. Majority of our clients are older and prefer phone conversation vs email so a lot of our business is done through the calls. 

It was great to stumble upon mightycall so that we could hire more staff internationally! I also love that we can see and hear all of the calls and actually keep track of missed calls, how many calls etc. Previously, we just forwarded our cellphone numbers and calls just went to the individuals cell phone and we never kept tracked anything. 

Calls being recorded has helped a lot as well. For training purposes and also when needing to reference a specific client need. Overall, a game changer for our business.

It's an afforable VOIP system that you can use and the one thing I always look into for Tech wise is how well they know the tech and how they can communicate the knowledge they have to the users. They are able to integrate their system with an old system as we work within a health care system. I contacted mutiple times to their support and they are able to answer all of our question and even emailed us the support of what is needed to be done over the weekend even. I'd recommend their usage if possible to small to mid-tier businesses.

I would say the support of their end is kind of hard to understand but it would help the average user. As I use to work in the Tech industry it showed some specific information that I cannot get a hold of as it requires a person to look into it for me or I would happened to stumble upon the information on my own.

**What do you like best about MightyCall?**

I have the plan with 5 phone numbers and it's easy to delegate each one. Configurable call flow makes it easy to customize customer experience.

**What do you dislike about MightyCall?**

The mobile app seems buggy but functional enough to get things done.

**What problems is MightyCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company needed a call solution for tracking outgoing calls for sales initially. We've continued using the platform for many years now.

**What do you like best about MightyCall?**

It's extremely affordable, pricing is transparent, support helped me out within 5 minutes, it was very easy to get started, and there are just enough integration options that I can comfortably kick off VoIP for my business. Highly recommended.

Could use more implementations, but for a starting business it's perfect.

MightyCall helps people reach me. It also lets me get the word out to leads.

**What do you like best about MightyCall?**

It provides best user interface for client calling along with voice messaging feature.

**What do you dislike about MightyCall?**

It has some limitations for payment methods due to which it makes little bit complex to complete the payment for taking the subscription.

With the help of this software I was able to call all the clients with best voice quality and it has always helped me to track the record of the clients.

**What do you like best about MightyCall?**

The user interface is excellent - not just for those with technical skills but also for those who typically need a fair amount of help with technology. Very easy to navigate, very easy to set up call flows and setting. The intuitive interface is the best. Being able to do a 7 day trial of the product to really navigate through and see if it work even work for our process and team was a game changer.  The support team has been on top of it, I've actually spoken with the same person multiple times instead of being bounced to a new person with every interaction (like other experiences). I am so much more pleased with MightyCall than the last two service providers we've tried.

**What do you dislike about MightyCall?**

There isn't anything I dislike at this moment. The cost is more than we've spent elsewhere (after the promotion ends) but it is so much more worth it for the reliability, usability, and customization ability.

**What problems is MightyCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our clients receive services by first calling our main number and leaving a voicemail. We utilize volunteers to help us respond to those voicemails - each is assigned to a different day, so having a central source for those voicemails, easy navigation of the system and easy ability to respond - not to mention they're all using different operating systems and devices. It has to work seemlessly. On top of that, we use Salesforce to manage our clients and the information we need to respond to them with. Having MightyCall directly integrate with Salesforce and the set up to do that was so wonderfully laid out in their documentation just makes me love the software even more.
