We have really enjoyed the ability to give each individual their own extension, the call recording/transcription feature and the ability for managers to go back to listen whenever they want/need to do so for quality control purposes or for training new employees how to handle certain calls. Another HUGE plus is that their customer service team is AWESOME- they respond super quickly and are always extremely helpful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We don't really have many qualms with them aside from periodically dropping calls when trying to transfer from one user to another, but that also may be a reception issue within our building. One other issue we run into (infrequently) is that on outgoing calls, the line will ring but will have a busy tone overlayed so the call is not actually being placed to the recipient. We were MightyCall customers a while back, but had switched to another provider for more features. But when that provider stopped supporting services with our phone types, we were back on the hunt for a new provider and remembered MightyCall. Turns out, they've really beefed up their service since we were customers previously. We love that calls and texts are logged in the app and having the desktop app where you can view and make calls is a huge bonus! Plus, the customer support was fantastic during the setup process! So far, our only dislike it the price. Being Canadian customers getting charged in USD increases the price quite a bit, which is unfortunate (and slightly too expensive for a super small business). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Selecting a new number is quick and easy. Setting up a caller ID and text messaging was pretty straightforward as well. When I had questions on these topics, the customer service team provided great support.
I also like the call forwarding can be setup to call multiple people or a group AND have all of their phone ring simultaneously.
It is affordable, or at least, much cheaper than Ring Central.

My least favorite thing is the iphone app. Is it clunky to me. It's card to navigate and understand the different when i'm looking at 'Journal" vs "recents". I don't really understand the difference or why its parsed out like that.
Also, I treid answering calls (or placing calls) directly in the app and it just doesn't seem as seemless as answering a call directly from my phone. I tried answering calls from the app, and a few of them dropped as soon as I answered. I don't know if this is due to having WIFI, 5G or what.....Our team is on the go, so we use our phones most of the time instead of desktop. I ended up removing the phone app as part of the call flow and have it ring as if someone is calling my phone completely. -- It seems to work just fine like this.
The Web-Page version could be improved as well, but is much easier to use than the phone app.

The dashboard is intuitive and easy to use. Pricing is competitive, but my favorite thing was they do not overwhelm you with useless features. The reporting dashboard is really nifty as well. The few interactions I had with customer support were swift, and the were happy to answer my questions. Their mobile app was great, and it was easy to implement their system for everyday use.
