What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

What I like best about Microsoft Teams is that not only can I communicate easily and effectively with my teammates, but it also links to my Outlook account so I can get updates on emails while working within the Teams platform. I stumbled upon Microsoft Teams about two years ago when my coworker was out of the office for an extended time for back surgery. Using Microsoft Teams allowed me to keep my coworker updated on what was going on with her accounts that we were temporarily handling for her. She really appreciated coming back to such an organized display of her clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

What I dislike about Teams is the task feature. I work on varied projects for varied people so I have not found an easy way to record tasks and see their completion status on one page. It's a lot of clicking around, and with having elderly people on my team it has been a challenge to full implement this Microsoft 365 software. My teammates are very wary of technology and consider teams as "One more thing I have to check."

If the user interface was easier to use for elderly people with low computer competence it would be easier.

As a millennial that grew up in the tech era I am constantly trying to implement new products and softwares that will make our lives more organized and our methods more efficient, but I get a LOT of pushback from those over 45. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Microsoft Teams:

I recommend Microsoft Teams for a project manager that has a lot of recurring projects to take care of. Implementing this software may take some time and patience to get it working right for your personal business needs, but once you get the hang of it it is a valuable tool. What problems is Microsoft Teams solving and how is that benefiting you?

Microsoft Teams has helped me solve the problem of sharing documents with my team members that work remotely. Two of my team members have offices in two locations and travel on the road a lot so they don't always readily have access to our documents that are saved on our network drive. By setting up Teams I have made my coworker's life a little easier so she can receive highly sensitive documents from me without worrying about email interference. What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

I’ve been genuinely impressed by how easy Microsoft Teams is to use and set up. It fits so smoothly into daily work that collaboration feels effortless. The number of features keeps growing, and the frequent updates always bring something useful—huge credit to their R&D team for constantly improving the platform.

The scheduling assistant has been a game-changer for me, making meeting planning so much easier. Plus, Teams integrates seamlessly with other Microsoft tools and third-party apps, so I don’t have to keep switching between platforms.

I use Teams every day, whether it’s for meetings, chatting, or working on documents. And whenever I’ve needed help, customer support has been solid.

Overall, it just keeps getting better, making it one of the best collaboration tools out there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

If there’s one thing I’d change about Microsoft Teams, it would be the UI—it could be a bit simpler. But with so many features packed in, I get why it’s designed this way. It just takes some time to get fully comfortable with everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Teams solving and how is that benefiting you?

Microsoft Teams has made remote collaboration so much easier for me. Whether it’s quick chats, team meetings, or document sharing, everything happens in one place, so I don’t have to juggle multiple apps. The scheduling assistant has been a lifesaver, helping me plan meetings without all the back-and-forth.

The best part is how well it integrates with other Microsoft tool, I can jump from a chat to a shared document without missing a beat. It keeps everything organized, which saves me time and reduces the usual work chaos. Sure, the UI could be a bit simpler, but with so many features packed in, it’s understandable.

Overall, Teams has streamlined how I work, making communication and collaboration effortless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

Microsoft Teams has been a vital part of our team interaction daily. Especially for the team members working remotely, this tool is beneficial in connecting in real-time. We have quick chats, calls, and meetings so easily.

It is a kind of in-house connecting network. Meeting Invites are fixed with entering details and invites are sent and notified through mail. The consent of attendees can be confirmed and the availability of attendees can also be checked.

I like the feature of recording a meeting and later sharing it with someone who could not join. It easily integrates with Microsoft Outlook and 365. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

I find Teams is much easier to navigate than Zoom, Skype, and all the others that we have tried at our company. With Zoom, I was noticing that they were constantly changing things around, and it seemed like there was always a complication each time we would login. Teams has been consistent in keeping things running smoothly and keeping us informed of any changes they make. We have logged in successfully every time, features are always where they are supposed to be (and all there), and we are able to just dive right into what it is we need to do, without wasting time making sure everyone gets the kinks worked out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

We have had it cut out on us a few times, though. Other than that, I don't really have anything bad to say. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Teams solving and how is that benefiting you?

As I described before, we were having to waste a lot of time making sure everything was working before we could get down to business during our meetings. That has helped tremendously, in keeping costs down; Time is money, after all! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

I like that you can use it as a HUB like app where you can goto to all the MS products very easily. It is fairly easy to install, connect with an Microsoft, account, and pretty intuituive to use. It doesn't take much time to familiarize oneself with it and begin using it.

I use it pretty much everyday, all day, tocommunicate and share work items with colleagues.

Super easy to integerate. Every once in a while it struggles to connnect at login but after one or two tries, it log me in. This doesnt happen that often.

I haven't really needed Customer Support because it's pretty easy to look things up and resolve them independently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

The Apple MacBook desktop app is not as dependable as the phone app version. It's easy to instal. It's compatible but it freezes a lot. And, often it can't find the server. I tried the MS Help Center, Forum, Stack, etc. to resolve the issue. It gets better for a couple of hours, then fails again.

Also, every now and then, not very often, the iphone app is really to challenging to log into. The verification code never arrives. I have to uninstall and reinstall to fix this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Teams solving and how is that benefiting you?

Fairly real-time communication and sharing of inofrmation is easy, and fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

I love the app like how much easy it is to use it. I use it almost everyday . I can join a team with a code and vice versa . I don't have to join everyone. just share the code and you are done. share information , chat with friends and team, create new ideas. share work , collaborate. the Best. It can easily be integrated with OneNote where notes can be shared.never needed support so far ,hence can't say about it . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

What i like most about microsoft team is how it makes everything so easy. It brings all the tools you need like chat, video calls, file sharing into one place, so i am not jumping constantly between diffrent apps. I also really appreciate how it works with other microsoft apps like word, excel and onedrive. Its super helpful for collabrating with others, especially when working remotely. It keeps everything organised and saves a lot of time which is a big win for getting things done efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

What i find frustrating about microsoft teams is especially on android app is the availablility status. there are times when it just shows the person name without indicating if they are online or busy or offiline. This make it tough to know whether i can reach out or they are tied up with something. Its a little thing but it can definately make using the app feel less smooth, especially when i am trying to connect with someone quiickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Teams solving and how is that benefiting you?

Microsoft Teams is really helping to tackle the problem of scattered communiction tools in the work place. Instead of juggling a bunch of diffrent apps for chatting, videoc calls and file sharing, everything is in one place. This makes it so much easier for me to connect with my colleques and collaborate on projects. For business stand point, teams is a game changer for remote work. It keeps everyine connected and on the same page, no matter where they are located. Plus it streamlines project mamagement so we can make decision faster and work efficiently. Overall it boosts our productivity and help creates a stronger sense of teamwork. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
