I found Microsoft Seal to be a powerful library that meets almost all data processing needs of any organization. The fact that it is built on a homomorphic encryption system, makes it a truly delightful experience to use. Also what I like best, is the Homomorphic encryption that can implement meaningful operations on encrypted data without first decrypting them.
