OneDrive for Business provides a simple and effective way to store business data in the cloud. I appreciate accessing my data in the same way as local storage, using a web browser or syncing it with my desktop. The fact that it lacks advanced capabilities is a positive, as too many Microsoft office programs try to appeal to power users and end up being needlessly complex. I wouldn't say I like Onedrive For Business because I cannot store or retrieve offline files from the internet. It's unclear if it works offline, but it should be more accessible either way. There have also been issues with synchronization in the past, which led to me needing help to access a few files required right away, which was quite an inconvenience. I have started uaing onedrive 5 years back and i think it is the most amazing thing Microsoft has developed. All our office files and data immediately synced to onedrive whoch makes our data secure and available anytime at anypoint. My office laptop gets crashed but i am least bothered because i have all my data synced to onedrive. I got a new laptop from office where i just logged in and all my data is accessible. Microsoft OneDrive for Business is one of the best cloud drives i have ever used. It keeps syncing data automatically as soon as you edit a file or creates a new file on your system. It gives me confidence that even if my laptop gets crashed all my data is secure and readily available. Prior to using Microsoft OneDrive for Business i had a situation where my laptop was crashed and i have paid such a big amount to repair my hard disk to get my old data but with Microsoft OneDrive for Business i am hardly bothered about data. I recently changed my laptop and i took backup of Microsoft OneDrive for Business and in new laptop all my data gets synced immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
