OneDrive for Business is one of our favorite cloud-based file storage services. It allows us to easily access files from different devices, with or without a VPN connection, making it incredibly convenient and secure through SSO & two-factor authentication combined with Office 365 integration. Additionally, by storing essential documents in individual folders, we can ensure every team member has immediate online access to necessary materials while ensuring all content remains highly organized and safe on the cloud platform. I wish that backing up the Desktop, and My Documents was automated, as manual intervention or Group Policy can be a nuisance. Additionally, I would appreciate it if an inactive user's OneDrive folder could remain accessible through delegation to another user in the same way an Exchange Email Box does after their account is deactivated and Office 365 license removed. I am most pleased with the exceptional security features of Exceptional. Microsoft OneDrive is literally the best drive application so far and it has very much usable features. Collaborative feature and integrated systems with other Microsoft apps.
