The best part is that we can save and share our files and folders hassle free. We can apply sensitivity labels for the specific file which we need. There is no compromise for the security as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No concerns as such since the interface provided is also user friendly and fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
OneDrive for Business provides convenient collaboration and storage capabilities, making it easy to work on projects and access important documents. The built-in sharing options allow for seamless access to project-related websites and applications, eliminating the need to manually transfer URLs between platforms. Additionally, the Excel-like tool is particularly useful in organizing and streamlining construction plans, saving time and effort compared to trying to interpret people's interests or passions. As a member of a corporation's audit department, I am uncomfortable with the potential security vulnerability associated with OneDrive for Business's ability to share and access files remotely. The possibility of confidential company information being shared on private accounts outside the office is a concern. Additionally, the process of revoking access after an employee's termination would be an added burden. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Integrated into the office365 stack with smart-sync making it simple and easy to ensure user data is backed up. Sharing is simple and secure and when implemented with Azure/Office365 sharing rules provides a secure solution. Also makes it simple for users to access data securely on smartphones and helps IT easily migrate users to new machines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
On occasion users are unable to login and it requires resetting the OneDrive cache which doesn't always work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Microsoft One Drive makes all of our business documents accessible in one location. Everyone in the company can find the files they need when they need it without digging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes Microsoft One Drive can be slow in syncing up documents from separate computers delaying work flow in our business. It's not usually a big delay but it can slow things down so we sometimes default to email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Accessing my work data from anywhere is the most useful thing, and One Drive for Business makes working as a team a lot easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I see no downsides to using One Drive for business Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Overall experience with Onedrive makes the office 365 EcoSystem complete with high storage capacity, which we are getting along with the subscription. Various features include file sharing and storing all the recorded sessions from your teams in one drive. We can sync multiple devices and access across cross-platforms. As an admin, we can define the policy on what kind of files users can sync with one drive and control the storage limits for the users from the one drive admin centre. I felt no such features disappointed us. Altogether, one drive for business is a better solution than other cloud storage services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

OneDrive for Business offers collaboration and data storage features that make working together on projects or keeping track of essential documents much more accessible. With the system's inbuilt sharing options, we could quickly access any website or application related to our project without manually copying URLs from one platform while searching for another. Additionally, I was impressed by its Excel-like tool, which made construction plans more transparent and organized so we could move forward with them swiftly — far less effort than trying to guess people's interests or topics they are passionate about! I wouldn't say I like the potential security risk posed by Onedrive for businesses' ability to share and operate from anywhere. As a member of the audit department of a large corporation, I am concerned that confidential company information could be leaked into private accounts outside office walls. Locking down those channels after employee termination would impose additional headaches. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love OneDrive; in my organization, it is the default platform for cloud storage and online document management, and I must say that it has had a fantastic performance; it has not given us any problems at any time so far, on the contrary, it has represented an invaluable advantage by also providing in alinea access to valuable resources for team development and project needs. OneDrive has also helped us to optimize our project workflow and the proper integration of work teams within the same environment, thus connecting the online work experience, security in the stored documentation, ease of sharing and reviewing documents and the confidence of having a storage and collaboration system in the cloud secure, reliable and accessible from anywhere. It could have more encryption support for various other file formats, and the synchronization is time-consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's a fine cloud service. It does what it needs to do for collaborating with teammates. You can easily toggle between the online document versions and the desktop app versions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The online apps (Word, Excel, etc) are nowhere near as dynamic as their desktop counterparts. It's not as good for teamwork as Google or Slack. I'd much prefer to use these when working across a team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
