Microsoft OneDrive for Business is a good file sharing product that reduces the number of email attachments. I also love when OneDrive sends you a message when somebody has used the file sharing link successfully. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Creating sharing rules is not intuitive at all. Sharing window dialogue needs to be thoroughly analysed with UX testing. Sharing scope (everybody with a link, specific users etc.), View/Edit Setting and Message to users should all be in one view. Message box should expand dynamically as message length grows. The biggest draw back for me is that it's not easy to port from one system to another as it doesn't work.

Top of the list, it must be the integration with Microsoft 365. The integration is so seamless and helpful that a severe feature fault would have to exist for a Microsoft 365 user to look at alternatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
