Creating sharing rules is not intuitive at all. Sharing window dialogue needs to be thoroughly analysed with UX testing. Sharing scope (everybody with a link, specific users etc.), View/Edit Setting and Message to users should all be in one view. Message box should expand dynamically as message length grows.
