I like how useful it has been, especially since the pandemic, to keep everyone updated on every progress made, in real time. Previously, it was fairly difficult to keep everyone posted on every update, especially when multitasking and needing to fully concentrate. Being disturbed while being completely focused on something reduces work efficiency in an instant, as I would normally have enough on my hands. With OneDrive, it is now much easier to track and show updates, without having any party reach out to one another, wasting the time of everyone involved, and altogether is at the expense of efficiency. I am not sure if it is just my company's system, or that it can be a bit of a hindrance having to get the connection authenticated just to be able to share office files with my colleagues. It is no big deal, but on busy days, it feels like it is not exactly helping to try to discuss something updated hours ago just to find out how the others could not see the most recent version, simply because I had not synced the files upon clocking in. What I like best about Microsoft OneDrive for Business is the fact that I can integrate easily with Microsoft 365 so my workflow is very smooth and the real-time collaboration feature is so great where many people can work on the same document at the same time which literally save many hours of productive work.
