The app is user friendly, where you can share amongst your team, or external clients.
It tracks yout changes easily and allows ou to create a sub folder, that can be shared, so the link does not disappear when you update documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometime, it does not allow a person to open the link if not signed in to One Drive, even when the link is shared internally. To be honest, this is rare but happens at times.

The abssolute best feature of OneDrive is just how integrated it is with Windows and other Microsoft products. If you are heavily invested in the Microsoft ecosystem , like we are, there is no better cloud storage option. I can access my business files on all my devices with minimal setup. I am currently sharing my business files across my Android phone, iPad, work desktop and two laptops. There is no easier cloud storage sertvice on the market. The best part is there was no extra setup aside from the standard Microsoft 365 setup.
We are an Accounting firm and OneDrive is the single most used service we use.
We have only needed to use the support options a couple times but these experiences have been pleasent.

Microsoft OneDrive does almost everything well with one notable thing. It doesn't provide as good security as a dedicated secure cloud option such as TitanFile, which is what we use for situations where security is more importance than convienience.
The biggest issue with OneDrive and frankly, most Microsoft products is they don't work well with Chromebooks. I have a ChromeBook and the integrations with OneDrive is terrible. I suspect this has more of a Google problem but it is something to be aware of.
I will say this, a cybersecurity defence is best setup with onions like an onion. Keeping OneDrive for our personal files and TitanFiles for our secure file sharing makes any breach of one less of a problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
