Microsoft Onedrive storage acts as a central storage for all the team members in our department. As Box Customer till 2021 then we migrated to OneDrive specially for cost effective approach which OneDrive comes with E5 subscription and reduces our client budget for applications .Mainly the support with Box not seems to be not best for us unlike the premier support with Microsoft. one thing which I wish to mention is character limitations in file explorer which creates issue for users with more sub folders and long filename.
