During an interview, we're supposed to pay attention to the candidate, to its experience, to the questions I have to ask, and also write notes during (or after) the call. But when interviews are 40 mins+, and if they're technical, sometimes I miss some information.

Though... ever since I discovered Metaview, I'm more focused on the candidate and I can assess them better, knowing that I'll have all the info in the app.

The way it's filtering the topics, questions, information, is really good for an AI app, and I like that I can select from the transcript what I want to add in the notes, and that if I forget an info, I can go back to the app, ask the bot what I'm searching for, and I'll have the info in a few seconds.

It is incredible. The way it paraphrases and summarizes what was actually said. I often don't have to edit it at all and I can send it directly to the client. Love that I can alter the format and length of notes from bullet points to paragraph. Having this for our team has also meant more flexiblity in schedules since it's easier for people to catch up afterwards by just reviewing the metaview.
