The AI Notes are a hugh timesaver and allow me to focus on the converstiion vs. trying to listen and type. I know I will always have detailed, well-structured notes to refer back to from candidate conversations. I also love features like TLDR to easily generate one paragraph summaries that include the exact topics I want to highlight. This a significant help when sending note to hiring managers. Metaview's AI-powered notes make me more efficient in my job. I can focus on listening and asking the right questions versus capturing the conversation and typing notes. I also no longer need to add a person to the call to simply take notes. The platform is user-friendly, and I can quickly review all the places in the conversation where a topic was discussed. The summary tool allows you to review the key points of an hour-long call. All these features have helped me deliver insights and data to our clients quickly in their decision-making process. The Metaview team proactively reaches out when there are new features or to show you how to use the platform more efficiently. Metaview makes me enjoy screening calls more! I love talking to candidates, but often found the combination of interviewing a candidate and note-taking a cumbersome task. The thought of then trying to decipher my scribbling would then fill me with dread. I can now relax in to the conversation, dive deep in to the topics I need to cover, and enjoy the conversation, confident in the knowledge that the note taking is being taken care of. Metaview eliminates the need to split my focus between candidates and note-taking, allowing me to have more natural flowing conversations. It saves a huge amount of time, with thorough notes that are produced within minutes that are easy to review, download and share. Metaview quickly allowed our Recruiters to take charge of their interviews, by giving them the freedom to not take their own notes! They are now able to fully engage with candidates, make a non-biased appraisal of candidates and quickly, standardised and accurately capture all relevant information in a few minutes. Sometimes when working with foreign languages, Metaview sometimes has not managed to capture perfectly, especially if candidate has a dialect, like Swiss German, or Flemmish. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Metaview has freed me from the stress of focusing on taking detailed notes during my interviews. I didn't realize how taking notes was keeping me from a more natural, fluid conversation with candidates. I don't need to prep as much for interviews either. I can dive right in and have a more natural conversation. I love the templates you can create which will shuffle, sift, and organize the AI notes beautifully in short or long form, paragraph or bullets, and by topic/question. The AI notetaker has completely changed how I conduct interviews. It captures everything and organizes it perfectly, so I can focus more on candidates. I know that all the important information is being recorded.

I love that it doesn't interpret/evaluate the candidate's answers. Other similar tools do that and not accurately, makes me doubt how accurate are the notes.

It's also awesome for running salary surveys and getting market insights in a summarized way.
