As an Agency Recruiter I've found a lot of value in using Metaview for Pre-screen interviews, post-client interview feedback calls, and for references too. I like that you can create templates to pull and summarise the information from the call that you want and you can create custom template using natural language prompts. I use the TLDR function in formulating my candidate writeups to hiring managers. I can go back and find other information if needed and nothing from the call is missed. I have used the call verbal snippets function to send small parts of a call to a candidate or a hiring manager as additional verification of something too. After calling a candidate and discussing at length their considerations about a job offer I made quick template to highlight what the hiring manager should do to address all the candidate's drivers in terms of taking an offer. So its quite versatile I find, and the use cases are saving time, ensuring all relevant information is there when needed, and I can transparently and proactively share things that can help a hiring process progress when it could otherwise stall. I want to be able to specify the gender of callers on call types that are Job Interview. Currently, you can only do this for calls that are Job Intrerview call types. Instead of calling everyone they I just change the call type to Job Interview and I can then assign speaker genders accordingly.
I want better text formatting within Metaview, e.g. making things bold or adding white space in the text outputs etc.
It would be good if you could make an export function in word that links to company templates and branding so outputs can be more quickly shared, edited in word (mainly for formatting), and quckly shared with a company branded document rather than a metaview brnaded pdf where I am unhappy with the text formatting. Metaview has significantly streamlined my interview process. The AI assistant allows me to focus on having meaningful conversations with candidates instead of being distracted by typing notes. I can easily track key details like a candidate’s tech stack without asking repetitive questions, and Metaview captures the interview experience accurately—even for specialized terms I may not be familiar with. This tool has also helped me stay more objective by double-checking that candidates meet the skills we’re looking for, keeping my biases in check. The ability to review and access interviews conducted by my colleagues has also been invaluable in maintaining continuity, especially when taking over roles from other team members. If I am being picky, occasionally, the wrong scorecard is pulled into Metaview, or not all fields are completed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I love most about Metaview is its efficiency as an AI-powered notetaker. It seamlessly captures every detail of interviews, allowing me to be fully present and engaged with candidates, rather than worrying about taking notes. Metaview’s AI highlights key insights, making it easy to revisit important moments without sifting through hours of recordings. The summaries are organized, precise, and ready to review immediately after the interview, saving significant time in post-interview evaluations. This tool has truly streamlined our hiring process, improved accuracy in feedback, and enhanced the overall candidate experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While Metaview is fantastic overall, I would love to see more customization options, especially in automating templates. It would be amazing if the AI could adjust the templates automatically based on the type of profile or customer I’m working with. This kind of smart customization would make it even easier to prioritize relevant insights and tailor feedback to the specific needs of each role. It’s a small area for improvement but would definitely enhance the overall user experience! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The biggest win with Metaview is how much time it saves. Literal hours writing up candidate reports for clients—Metaview automates the heavy lifting, allowing me to focus on fine-tuning each report with the points I want to highlight for the client. It opens up my day to lots more higher-leverage work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If I'm being picky - the templates are a few too many clicks away. It would be great to access and edit them via a central dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Metaview has been such as asset in helping to make my recruiting process more efficient. I love that I'm able to use the tool to capture details of my candidate screens and then summarize the conversation to pull out the most critical aspects of the conversation to best showcase the candidate's background and experience. I no longer have to spend a lot of time trying to rewrite my notes because Metaview does it for me! I also love that I can use the tool to go back and review the entire transcribed conversation if I need to recall something specific. Every Recruiter needs this! The only thing I dislike it how the tool automatically emails notes to meeting attendees when it is used for internal meetings. All meeting attendees don't always have a Metaview seat so they aren't familiar with the tool. I'd rather summarize the meeting and distribute the notes myself than have Metaview automatically send them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm going to be real here. I'm not getting any younger. Although I have 80WPM+ typing powers, I don't always capture what's needed. Even when I do, in the past, my raw notes sometimes miss the mark.
And then, I need to revisit & translate them for client summaries. A time sink.
Because it's built for Recruiter use cases, I know that Metaview will always give me a perfectly structured, comprehensive summary of everything discussed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I work Executive, C-suite searches. Some candidates still don't wish to have an AI notetaker present, especially on the first call when they might need to disclose deeply personal stuff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Metaview has completely transformed the way I approach phone screens! It makes it easy to capture important moments and insights during discussions, ensuring nothing gets overlooked. The ability to summarize key points and track action items has significantly improved my productivity and accountability.
What I love most is how it saves me hours each week on note-taking and follow-ups. With Metaview, I can focus on engaging in the conversation rather than scrambling to jot down everything. If you're looking to elevate your virtual meeting experience and reclaim your time, I highly recommend Metaview. It’s a game changer! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I use Metaview through the phone majority of the time and when candidates would call back after missing my inital call I would have to take notes manually or give them a call back using Metaview. They just relasesed the call-back feature and hopefully this will solve my problem! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Metaview allows me to save so much time and inaccuracies and is incredibly user friendly. The interface is easy to navigate and has allowed me to easily set up templates to rewrite information that would previously take me a couple hours to write within minutes. The stats are mildly useful to look at, and has added the opportunity to review how much time I take speaking versus how much they speak. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only hard part is being able to navigate the AI into what I want to produce, but that's more of a self skill and it's geting easier with more use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Most of my initial conversations take place over the phone. Metaview's ability to log into the phone call and take notes has been a game changer. It has allowed me to have a more productive conversation rather than focus on taking notes. This is a must have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would love to be able to have my phone number show up to clients/candidates rather than Metaviews. other than that it is fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Metaview has revolutionised the way both myself and our hiring managers conduct interviews. The accurate and detailed notes frees us up to focus more on the conversation and thus build a stronger rapport with candidates. The AI Assistant is incredibly useful as it the TLDR function when searching for key words in the conversation. The Interview Comparison function makes it simpler to compare candidates (especially where the time to hire has been longer) and thus identify top performers. This technology is not just great value for money, it saves everyone time, improving the overall quality of the hiring process. As a recruiter what's not to love? I look forward to when the recordings in a room are advanced enought to use this technology to the same extent for face to face interviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
