
Sinch MessageMedia has made it possible for our entire staff to communicate directly with our clients via SMS from a unified inbox, AND have SMS communication automatically populate on our client profiles within Zoho CRM. The sales and service staff have been very supportive and wonderful to work with as well. Their customer service is terrible, and they take away alloted number of texts for your account even if they failed to send. So you can end up spending hundreds of dollars and not have any texts go out then when you call to ask them to reinstate they tell you they'll do it. Someone will call you back and they never do! We use Message Media to stay in contact with our Realtor clients and potential clients. It's all BtoB photography services. We have gained several new customers over the last six months and won back several more old customers. Multiple times, we have heard from existing customers that "I didn't know you offer that service to." It works so well for us that we may never send out print media again. Also, the system allows us to send a photo with the message which is huge for a photography company.

We wanted to text enable our exsisting 800 number and it to. Note: This was a carrier issue not a Sinch issue. Also on the home page on the HUB will not load proporly. You have to keep hitting try again to get it to load. I am working with them to get that fixed. Other that those to things we were able to get everything set up and implemented.
