What do you like best about Sinch MessageMedia?

Sinch MessageMedia has made it possible for our entire staff to communicate directly with our clients via SMS from a unified inbox, AND have SMS communication automatically populate on our client profiles within Zoho CRM. The sales and service staff have been very supportive and wonderful to work with as well. The onboarding process made it a breeze to implement, and using MessageMedia is super easy from the portal AND through our CRM extension. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sinch MessageMedia?

I wish notifications were a bit more streamlined. We've worked out some email notifications but haven't yet been able to configure notifcations through the CRM extension as I'd like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sinch MessageMedia solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sinch MessageMedia is allowing our entire staff to use a unified inbox and view/track all SMS communication with our clients. Our phone system was previously only allowing one user to text to/from our main phone number, and the communication was not going into our CRM at all. What do you like best about Sinch MessageMedia?

I really liked that MessageMedia would send me an email when I got a text. Less messages were missed! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sinch MessageMedia?

Occasionally, if someone texted twice within a certain time frame, I wouldn't get that email, which I had come quite reliant on. I wish the integration with HubSpot was a little better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sinch MessageMedia?

I do not like anything about the company I used a company that they bought out and was switched to them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sinch MessageMedia?

Their customer service is terrible, and they take away alloted number of texts for your account even if they failed to send. So you can end up spending hundreds of dollars and not have any texts go out then when you call to ask them to reinstate they tell you they'll do it. Someone will call you back and they never do! What do you like best about Sinch MessageMedia?

What do you like best about Sinch MessageMedia?

We use Message Media to stay in contact with our Realtor clients and potential clients. It's all BtoB photography services. We have gained several new customers over the last six months and won back several more old customers. Multiple times, we have heard from existing customers that "I didn't know you offer that service to." It works so well for us that we may never send out print media again. Also, the system allows us to send a photo with the message which is huge for a photography company.

The customer service is aweome. You are working with a person that knows your account and not a call center. I highly recomended to everybody but my competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sinch MessageMedia?

What problems is Sinch MessageMedia solving and how is that benefiting you?

Print media is expensive!!! We have about 700 customers and it would cost me $500 just to do one mailing, and that's with us printing the media inhouse. What do you like best about Sinch MessageMedia?

We are really pleased with Sinch MessageMedia and glad we made the switch from Swell. Our entire company uses Sinch daily. Plus the intergration with Zoho CRM has been great! I really wanted to thank the Team over at Sinch. Epecially Grant, Justin, Francico and Jeremy for their ongoing support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sinch MessageMedia?

We wanted to text enable our exsisting 800 number and it to. Note: This was a carrier issue not a Sinch issue. Also on the home page on the HUB will not load proporly. You have to keep hitting try again to get it to load. I am working with them to get that fixed. Other that those to things we were able to get everything set up and implemented. What problems is Sinch MessageMedia solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our customers have certain taxes due during the year to stay in full compliance in the transporation space. Sinch MessageMedia has made reminding our current clients when things are due which in turn as made for some happy customers and more revenue for our company.

Response times has improved significantly with my Sales reps for new customers on our websites with the Sinch Chat Box feature/HUB intergration.

Being able to reach out to new customers with a Text, Email and Phone call has captured more business for our company.

Sich MessageMediea has be a very cost effective solution for Motor Carrier HQ for all of our texting needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

definitely, customer service has been the key to working smoothly for all these years that we have been along MessageMedia. Also our guy (Alex Pittel) is the best one , offering always solutions for every problem that comes up in our daily routine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sinch MessageMedia?

They way to pull out "unsubscribe" users. It's too difficult to get how many unsubscribed people we have per day. It should be like the "deliverability reports", to get more granular data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

deliverability; either we get a 10DLC or TFN or a shortcode we know that by the customer support recommendation, we will reach the desired deliverability that sometimes with other platforms we don't reach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
