**What do you like best about Bird?**

How easy it is to use & integrate with your app. I have a ruby app, and it comes with a gem that I candirectly use. Plus all the analytics support Messagebird has, its awesome

**What do you dislike about Bird?**

Well, there have been issues sometimes with operators in some countries where the sms's wer blacklisted, but the support was really on it & got it resolved in a day

**What problems is Bird solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are into hardware upgrades, so letting people know when they have to upgrade or when we have new offers is a crucial thing for us. No one really reads emails these days. So SMS is the way to go, hence MessageBird :)

**What do you like best about Bird?**

This tool allowed us to provide a service that local nonprofits need. Before we were spending a lot of time and donor dollars to make it happen. Now we've got Message Bird. Excellent. They even worked with us to work out a custom solution to our particular problem. Great customer service.

**What do you dislike about Bird?**

There's not much negative I have to say about this tool.

The ability to send test SMS messages and review before sending

**What do you dislike about Bird?**

That the campaigns sent do not stay on your account for more than a month. This makes it more challenging to review and analyse past campaigns

**Recommendations to others considering Bird:**

A cheap and efficient platform with easy to use campaign set up and informative dashboard.

The ability to communicate with our customers in a way that get higher read rates.

**What do you like best about Bird?**

My fav part using message bird is that I can upload a customized file in which I can put a different message for each different contact.

**What do you dislike about Bird?**

There are certain legal restrictions which gave me a hard time.


**What problems is Bird solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are in car rental business and our motive was to decrease no-shows and confirm customer's booking.
message bird has been very helpful in bringing our no-shows down.

It's very intuitive and the dashboard is easy to use and navigate.

**What do you dislike about Bird?**

I have had some problems with uploading files to a Group, usually have to do it a couple of times for it to work, but not a major problem.

**Recommendations to others considering Bird:**

Worth a try at very low financial cost.

**What problems is Bird solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a small charity, we wanted to be able to communicate with those donors who had given us permission to use SMS as a contact stream.  As we are dealing with low volumes, other products had seemed cost prohibitive but MessageBird has enabled us to test this cheaply and easily.

Great customer portal site and technical documentation.

Rates are a bit higher than competitor so challenging now that we are at higher volume.

MessageBird admin panel, Quick response on issues from the support team, Simplicity of the API

some countries have restrictions on delivering messages and it need to fill some forms and take approvals, Even it is approved sent message "from" not properly passing.

message bird is low cost when comparing with other services.

Easy to use and clean control panel along with an easy to use API

**What do you dislike about Bird?**

Would be nice if they could add an auto top up option, at the moment it will auto generate a new order when credit is running low but this won't automatically charge your card and add credit to your account.

Incoming and outgoing SMS and also outgoing phone voice services

Some technical problems in the past, but quickly resolved.

The system is easy and reliable. Cheap and fast. What's best is its human assistance in case anything goes wrong

**What do you dislike about Bird?**

Unfortunately italian virtual numbers are quite expensive yet

**Recommendations to others considering Bird:**

Excellent service for SMS handling (inward/outward).
Excellent provider for virtual numbers. Beware of difference of costs between virtual number country origin, could span from few cents up to some  dozens of dollars per month

I really like the simplicity of the API.

The MMS documentation could be better and the sms-logs are a bit clunky.

We had another sms-api before messagebird, but it was clunky and actually more expensive.

No Japanese document and agent, but not primary problem.

We will send 2-10 SMS daily, and the number will be more. We need to reduce cost on SMS sending.
