I have been test it for some weeks and, comparetevely to other social listening tools, it actually captures everything. The platform can be a bit overwhelming at the beginning, due to the vast amount of features it has. I wish tohave more details in its documentation, with more links to guides and HowTo's on their blog. Something I learned while testing the app is that it's not possible to delete keywords, like you can do with mentions.
