I feel like the dashboard can be more pleasant to the eye. It's not as cognizant as it could be unless we use many colors. I prefer a more minimal design and more monotone because there's way too many colors and different things happening on the dashboard. A uniform color code or design would work better for me. * The mentions area should be modified to allow knowing the number of mentions the brand has and the spaces where those mentions are generated.

* It should also allow generating detailed reports, obviously limited to 10 or fewer, from the monitoring of networks or digital listening, as it also serves as a tool for better analysis and interpretation of the work being done.

If there’s one thing to note, it’s that the tool takes a bit of time to update. You usually have to wait up to 24 hours to fully scan mentions. That said, it does get faster and more accurate with an upgrade. I also wish the mention cap was a bit higher and that it could pick up PR or news articles more consistently. It would be more improvements that allow the user to obtain more data on networks like Instagram and Facebook. The loading for the visualization of the dashboards is also an aspect to improve. There is a bit of a learning curve, but the team is helpful and really quick to jump in. As with most subscriptions you do need to tier up $$ to get all the features included. My review numbers of some of the features may appear low - I was not able to use those features, and on the survey there was no option to select a N/A button. So that is reflected in the results. No major down sides. Ultimately with all of these platforms it's worth a/b testing coverage for your industry and to see if all sources are being checked.
