What do you like best about MentionFunnel?
I love that I can track to keywords throughout multiple platforms and be able to reply to my potential leads in one place. It's probably the most powerful social listening tool out there. Additionally, the founder is listening to customers' feedback and ideas and is so fast at implementation. The other day, I requested a feature and the next day it was there - customer support at its best! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
