I love how I don't have to make any jottings, take notes and even try to figure what I miss because even if I am not present at the meeting MeekGeek will be present in that meeting for me and summarized everything little details! I have used MeetGeek for a week or so. It is easy to use, I get the transcription and I can export it. The summary is really good and it is easy to get the assistant to be I the meetings I mark before. As the Assistant enters by its own in the meeting, I dont have to remind that I have to switch it on. And I get to the important part. Easy of implementation. I like how easy it is to use. You simply navigate to your dashboard to select which meetings you'd like Meet Geek to attend and take notes for. I like that it sends you an email with the notes and that they are separated by categories (meeting summary, next steps, insights, topics and highlights). It's going to save me a lot of time and help me stay organized. The note taker does include information that is not relevant to the meeting, typically the beginning part of a meeting where people are catching up. It includes all of the meeting content. I love the AI that allows me to ask questions about past meetings. I love how accurate the summaries are. I love how accurate the notetaking is and especially how well it integrates with Hubspot. It has saved me countless hours.

I have tried many other, more popularly known products, and they are not nearly as good as Meetgeek. Carolline is really good at what she does, very attentive and knowledgeable. Support is very good, new features keep coming out on a regular basis. I use it every single day. It is extremely easy to use in general and easy to set up as well. I don't like how invasive it is to my meeting attendees. When I share a meeting with someone, Meetgeek, by default, inserts itself into every meeting they have after having only created a login so as to see the notes from my meeting. That is invasive and unacceptable. I do not share my meetings because of this horrible feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that I am able to focus on listening carefully to what the customer is saying, without having to worry about taking notes and capturing as much information as possible, as this is already being done for me. It's also been so beneficial to have a succinct summary of the follow-up points so that you can refer back to this to ensure you've ticked off the necessary pointers when reaching out after the meeting has ended. I have noticed on a couple of occasions that the tool has been slow to join and may not capture the beginning of the meeting, but otherwise its been a pleasure using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ease of Use: I encountered only one difficulty, which was figuring out how to set up the tool so that it joins all my corporate Gmail meetings, regardless of whether I requested the meeting or if I was invited. This tool has really simplified my workflow by taking all the hassle out of meeting notes. The automatic transcription, summaries, and key highlights, allows me to stay on top of conversations without getting lost in manual note-taking; this means that my clients have my full attention!

I have been using MeetGeek mostly for User Research interviews and I am now starting to use it for note taking in meetings. I love how easy MeetGeek integrates into my workflow, and how much faster and precise it has made note taking ans transcription. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At this time the only thing missing for me is an easier experience in correcting translation (very few times, but sometimes does happen). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've tried a few different AI note takers, and this one does far better. It also records the whole meeting automatically. I even use the mobile app to record in-person meetings. The transcription I used to get from Microsoft Teams automatically didn't do a great job. I think it is because MeetGeek uses AI to run through the text to figure out what I actually said to correct spelling and punctuate properly. The summaries are really on point, and they give time stamps to the place in the video to review if I want. It is great for my clients, and many of them have wanted to get MeetGeek after they've received the notes from our meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
