What do you like best about Medius?

Since implementing Procurement, GoStudent has benefitted

in numerous areas.

First, and perhaps most important, is cost control. The team can now see and approve each area of spend by category, cost center, and project. With better insight into monthly order amounts and payment terms, they can maintain complete financial records and more accurate re-forecasting and budgeting. In addition, common errors have been reduced; the team is no longer issuing duplicate POs, using incorrect pricing, or exceeding budget. What do you like best about Medius?

How simple it is to use for invoices. It is very easy to process through and push to managers and it is easy for them to tag us in it if there are any issues. Very user friendly! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Medius?

One thing I dislike is if I tag a manager in an invoice and it needs to go to another manager, they cannot click on the email link. We have to tag the new manager for them to open it up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Medius solving and how is that benefiting you?

Medius is solving to be paperless for us. We used to have to print all invoices and hunt down all managers to get their approval. Very simplified now! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Medius?

It is possible to integrate Medius very fast. And the AI is helping in the capture/verify step to recognize invoices quickly. The program is fast and has a fantastic support team when you experience problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They do not support prepayment invoices. I've understand that they are working on this so that would make Medius even better for us! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Medius?

The ease of use from end to end. Everything is straightforward to understand and review. Training someone new whether it be a user or approver takes minimal time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

kowing what all of the different categories mean in administration so you can customize business rules. There are a lot of options out there and sometimes can be overwhelming Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Medius:

Medius has been a great partner in finding efficiencies within our AP department and processes. I used to work for a company that did all AP approvals via paper/stamps/signatures and it was a nightmare trying to gather approvals and find documents when requested. Coming to a company that uses Medius has been blessing. Medius takes all the worries of a papered AP environment and crunches it into an easy to use digital program. They continuously reach out to perform an analysis of things that may be causing issues or could be done more efficiently. Their software also continues to add additional features such as payment processing and improved reporting. I would highly recommend Medius to any companies looking to streamline and digitize their AP functions. We have been very happy with our experience with Medius and look forward to how they can assist us in streamlining and building out other areas related to AP as well. What do you like best about Medius?

Medius has cut down our AP processing time by at least 50% if not more. We went from a completely manual process in which was lost many invoices and lots of time processing. I was able to move on to other tasks instead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Medius?

Sometimes, the goods receipts don't automatically push to Medius, so I have to either invalidate and refresh it or send a support ticket in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The biggest problem that Medius solves is use of time. It's a huge benefit to me and my company to get time back to do other tasks or projects. We also do not lose invoices like we did in the past. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Medius?

Continuous upgrades with detailed release notes based on user feedback. Implementation support was very thorough and ongoing. They worked through our business requirements and allowed us to use functions like 'Document Approval' in a way that suits our business without having to make any customizations. Being a mobile-first solution has significantly increased response time by non-finance users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Medius?

Some setup can be a bit hidden which makes it difficult to figure out without support. System becomes slower when the document size exceeds several pages. Document approval workflow not yet available on mobile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
