Medallia Customer Experience has been an absolute game-changer for our company to boost our customer satisfaction and improve the end-to-end customer experience. We have utilized Medallia to deploy our customer satisfaction surveys (both email and online) to obtain valuable feedback which has helped our teams improve upon our various products and policies. The initial setup and integration with our reporting was challenging at first. The self-service options are lacking and most of customizations (i.e. reporting) require the use of Medallia's managed in-house services for additional fees. The strengths of Medallia Customer Experience is the ability to gather and also analyze customer feedback from various sources. It provides us with additional information concerning our engagements with customers, which is vital when we are improving our services. The integration with other solutions, including our CRM system, provides seamless data sharing, which helps to address customer insights. Medallia Customer Experience can be rather intricate, making it a challenge for new users who will have to go through extensive training to be able to use it efficiently. This learning curve has from time to time led to the slow implementation of new functionalities. Additionally, the many choices of settings are useful but can be confusing and time consuming when looking to adjust the software to our requirements. Medallia doesn't just focus on setting up and running CX measurement software, they support the company to develop a quality program based on best practices.
In our case, their implementation team in Mexico has worked very well, they are agile and flexible, they always look for a way to adapt to the client's needs and technological conditions.
Medallia has a very interesting knowledge platform, where you can find out about the latest trends in CX.
We have not yet found a limitation on the dashboards to represent what we want to monitor.
I would recommend Medallia to any large company, their managed services model removes a lot of operational burden and they are experts in building measurement programs for +1m customer base. After completing the implementation Medallia continues with the company advising and implementing continuous improvements.

Medallia's user interface is top notch. They also provide solutions and integrations that are easy to make sure my business is getting the insights they need. Their innovation in solutions into the existing service package is a breath of fresh air in an industry constantly trying to choke the next dollar out of you by hiding new features behind paywall. Medallia's implementation was a rough experience for us. While our company is trying to cling to the past and was part of the difficulty, the original team did not make it clear the impact of our decisions were going to have on longterm reporting. Because of this, we only realized what we should have built when we receive system access far too late in the process to see how the build could be done. Employees can easily see customer feedback, and Medallia tools make it easy to understand what customers tell you for every level of your organization. While basic information is easy to create and distribute as your programs expands, it can become difficult to manage. All of the sessions, keynotes, and breakouts have been great. My favorite part has been engaging and social networking with the other attendees. It was hard to keep track of scheduling when you had breakout sessions scheduled. I would have liked it the Medallia app could pull in my scheduled sessions on my schedule, or had the option for me to add them in myself. This would help plan out the day appropriately.
