Maxio allows us to have confidence that we never miss a renewal and we can track upcoming renewals, as well as past due renewals. There are also many great 1-click reports that we use each month to track our business growth and results. Customer support is very quick solves problems with a high success rate. The cost seems high and maybe we just don't use it to its full potential. That would be the only thing that would cause us to leave to another vendor in this space. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I appreciate Maxio's flexibility and the range of features it offers. Its workflows are comprehensive. Also, it has robust options for integrating with external systems like Salesforce and Stripe and lastly I’m impressed with how intuitive Maxio's interface is.

One area that could use improvement is the developer support. While Maxio offers robust features, getting timely assistance for devlopers was challenging—I’ve had to wait for weeks at times for responses. Faster, more responsive devloper support would make the integration process much smoother. Also, the documentation could be more comprehensive, especially when tackling advanced features. Maxio is an intuitive platform that has all of the core features to get the job done. We especially value its automatic dunning system, the main dashboard for ARR reporting, and the one-click reports for our revenue entries. The integration of Chargify within our application further enhances its functionality. Overall, this is a great product and an excellent solution for our needs. The reporting function has room for improvement to enhance its utility. Additionally, there are several instances where users might need to seek support rather than resolving issues independently. What I find most helpful about Maxio is the visibility into the transaction history of a customer as well as future projections of invoices and revenue at that customer level and for the company overall. The upside of Maxio is the reporting capabilities at both a high and detailed level and the variety of information you can generate. It's really helped us with our invoicing process. It's nice to have the invoices generated to easily sync and send out. Plus it makes it easier to recognize revenue than the previous spreadsheet method we had been using Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We are a bit of a unique company and some of the reporting is confusing to get set up for all of our needs, we end up needing to piece together reports run with different settings/filters to get the complete information. We've also encountered some minor hiccups between our accounting GL and Maxio in terms of items and revenue recognition when there is something where we need to issue an invoice but revenue shouldn't be recognized. Most of these will work themselves out with more time on the system and deeper training, but after 6+ months of using it we would have hoped we weren't still encountering hiccups so frequently. It is a nice clean, and easy to use UI. The data we have has always been readily available to report on, build lists and find what you need quickly. We integrate with Hubspot and Quickbooks and have had no issues! Their support documentation and support team is top notch! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Most helpful is the ability to enter contracts; generate invoice schedule; manage products and sales tax and integrates with QB Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike early terminations , overall its not ideal for our company but its not simple to do in Maxio Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
