Messaging individuals could use improvement, particularly when adding multiple people into a thread. When you add another person into a conversation, it seems like I can't remove people. What do you like best about Mattermost?

Easy to use PMs, expandable profile info (if added by user) upon profile pic click, easy to search for buzz words in conversation, easy to pull chat logs, easy to create and delete rooms, users can search for rooms and request to be added vs having to be invited, changeable profile pics, customizing options Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mattermost?

Any user can accidentally delete an entire channel/room, notifications are either really annoying and constant or silent and not noticeable at all, nothing in between Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

User friendly, just make sure to let users know they can accidentally cause big issues if not careful (e.g. leave channel vs delete channel) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
