My agency uses Matter, and we absolutely love it here! Feedback Fridays are the event we're looking for all week because it's a great way to finish the workweek. Before Matter, we didn't really share much feedback or thanks with each other. But now that there is a convenient tool to share those comments (and reminders to do so), it's easy to come up with some cute little notes for the teammates, I do it every week. It's a great way to express gratitude for little but important things that make work more fun and pleasant. And of course, it's very pleasant to receive kudos: it makes me feel appreciated and reminds me that what I do matters.

Some time ago we started to work with a new client/partner and were added to this fun kudos channel. At the beginning it was just a bit akward, but this feeling went away fast and 2 weeks later we got Matter app for our internal usage. As a business owner I always wanted to build things differently that I used to see during my career. And so I found another "secret" tool to cultivate the right vibe, support our corporate culture and simply drive great emotions between people (especially given we're fully remote!). Since we started using Matter, we've grown closer as a team.
The implementation process was a breeze, and the support is out of this world – they're always ready to help with anything we need. It's been a game-changer for our team, making it easy and fun to leave kudos and show appreciation in our day-to-day work. The survey feature and rewards for participating in kudos sessions are just the cherry on top.
