I love how it brings colleagues together, especially when you are working in different branches like my job, you get to still communicate and interact with coworkers that you wouldnt normally hear from, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Matter offers a very practical way to recognize teammates' effort and to remember special milestones in the team. This is most important when working with a globally disperse remote team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Matter?

Matter works in more than one platform. We have used it in Slack along with Teams. The concept behind it is easy to understand and allow the team to quickly reward eachother when needed. It alows for limited admistration on the handing out of rewards when the team turns in their coins. The team had very good customer support when settuping up the easy implementation and when changing from Slack to Teams. This is used daily by everyone within the company.
