What do you like best about Matter?

I like being able to create particular and specific kudos for my peers. Everyone brings something to the team and add value to the company. I like being able to give them recognition whether I have coins or not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Matter?

I dislike that it is private sometimes but I understand why. Some people are reserved and also not everyone needs to be aware of what others do. However, some people may choose to only give private kudos because they want they're favourite buddies to get their coins and not others... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Matter solving and how is that benefiting you?

Recognition among staff. Which is great but also some staff surveys who is giving kudos to whom etc... so it can be a great way to recognize other but also a way to separate people . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Because we already use Slack every day, Matter makes it easy to share victories with the team and recognize individual and team accomplishments. This has positively impacted the culture in the office. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Redeeming coins is a bit clunky. I wish there was a better filter or a search bar so I can find what I want quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
