It offers employees an opportunity to highlight and spotlight other people's good work. Especially because we work from home it is always nice to see the appreciation being spread around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Matter?

I would like to be able to use emojis within the messages that are being sent to other people. Otherwise, Matter does exactly what I would expect it to do and does it well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Matter?

The integration for Feedback friday, birthday remaniders and the whole "slack" enviorament makes us, employes work in a more cussy enviorment.

The reward option has created a super cool enviorment because we create dgcoins that are traded each end of Q.

We use it, basically daily to celebreate our company milestones.

All of our team, celebretes and get "onboard" since day 1. This software is part of our onboarding as of now. It so easy to get new people with our culture, and our "Kudos" that is super cool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Matter?

I would like to have a more branded image in our enviorment, I think we would pay extra for a "white label" dgmx solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
