The dopamine I get from sending kudos to my coworkers is wild, and the way heart warms to see when I receive one from my coworkers makes even bad days a little better. It's lovely. It's easy peasy to make a new template or send a kudos to someone, and it was easy to learn as well. very user-friendly. it's easy to make it a habit to send at least one kudos a day. I love kudos. I like that we get to recognize how helpful others were, celebrate their successes and point out things we're helpful for. I also like that i can receive that feedback. I'm in the marketing team, and I think kudos is an amazing, easy-to-use tool for having company members recognize our values, vibes, behaviors and commitments by adding categories and design. I love that Matter makes it really quick and easy to publicly recognize my team members. In a remote environment, positive reinforcement and feedback are really important.
