Its great for keeping everyone motivated, tt's super easy to use, and I love how it integrates smoothly with Slack. We implemented Matter in our Slack channel with rewards for all team members several months ago. It connects the team and gives us all, working remotely, a chance to see what others are working on. It's also a great way to give someone on another team a quick thank you publicly. The Feedback Friday notifications make sure that it's actually adopted by the full team.
