Matter was a hit with my company from day one. Each week we have "Thank You Thursdays" and it is the most encouraging, uplifting, and wholesome parts of our week. From short thank-you's to well-thought-out messages, the teams have really taken advantage of the opportunity to highlight their team members and it has greatly increased moral and visibility. My favorite part is that using matter is not intrusive or disruptive to business. Ours is set to notify us to partcipate in #matter Fridays at 10amPT and then set to conclude at 4pmPT.
