This has become an essential tool for recognizing and rewarding our team. The platform's ease of use makes itt simple to publicly acknowledge achievements which has reinforced positively our company culture and values. Matter was a hit with my company from day one. Each week we have "Thank You Thursdays" and it is the most encouraging, uplifting, and wholesome parts of our week. From short thank-you's to well-thought-out messages, the teams have really taken advantage of the opportunity to highlight their team members and it has greatly increased moral and visibility. My favorite part is that using matter is not intrusive or disruptive to business. Ours is set to notify us to partcipate in #matter Fridays at 10amPT and then set to conclude at 4pmPT. I dont' think there is anything dislikable about #matter. What would be a cool addition is a 'year-end-summary' so that people can have a well-designed version of all the kudos written about you through the year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
