Can be a bit repetitive with the chat bot asking about pictures/do anything fun/etc, but that is probably a setting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thanks for the feedback. You're correct - it's a setting. Admins have full control over Feedback Friday notifications. Also, you are able to disable these notification reminders at a user level. Appreciate you being a customer of Matter. 💜

What do you like best about Matter?

It is easy to use, have some amazing partnerships, you can change your coins for amazing gift cards in some incredible companies and for different countries. I believe it is better than the competition because it is easy to use! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Matter?

I believe I do not have complains about it. The only thing that should be clearer is that maybe the section where we need to select the country, that could be more explained that the credits would only work in that country. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
