We love the reminders for feedback as we all as the capabilities of rewarding them for jobs well done. I also enjoy the auto reminders for birthdays and workiversaries! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'd almost rather pay a fee on top of the gift card redemtion and lower the monthly cost? Really that's the only complaint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
