What do you like best about Matter?

The platform is easy to use and the integration was quick. The employee feedback has been very positive and they really enjoy the fun ways to recognize each other. I also appreciate the functionality of the administrative process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Matter?

No downsides to mention at this time. I was initially concerned about the frequency of weekly recognition and how employees would respond. So far - we have experience great results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It encourages the team to share success stories and wins, embraces remote workers, ends the week on a high and - in turn - makes our team more open about issues or problems. We talk more! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not sure about the Amazon voucher feature as it put pressure on business owners. It's not nessecary / not about the cash. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
